The environment looks very clean and the service is very friendly and quick. Sadly, that’s the end of it. I splurged, figuring how bad could it be, so I got a small beef and shrimp lo mein, a small beef with broccoli, a small wonton soup, and a shrimp roll. The main dishes had weird off ingredients in it, the wonton soup broth tasted basically like powdered chicken broth where you accidentally put in too much powder, and the shrimp roll was mediocre at best. So far the shrimp roll was really the only thing that was reasonably edible. I hate to waste food, and I tend to eat like a pig, but this is rough to get through. I wish I could have given a nicer review, they do seem like very nice people, but this is a struggle to eat. I hate to say it, but avoid.

Best Chinese food in the area! My only complaint is that they stopped selling snow peas.

I’ve been looking for a really good Chinese restaurant the past 2 years… I have tried many! This food is hands down the best on the Boulevard! Good portions, fresh vegetables & seafood! The Happy Family is loaded with the perfect amount of seafood, meats & vegetables! Chicken & broccoli brown sauce is really tasty! This is one place I will have again & again!

This is my new go-to place for high quality food. The chefs are talented and creative as you can see by the Pad Thai Shrimp – which I highly suggest. I normally don’t write reviews, but the texture and the taste of the shrimp really surprised me. Large portion, $10 will fill you up.

The Kung Po Chicken tasted soapy, had chicken in pieces that were way to big considering they don’t give you a knife, had peanuts that tasted a little stale. I ended up throwing 80% of it away. The fried rice had virtually nothing in it and was also a little oily. Then to top it off they didn’t give me a napkin. However the the egg roll was OK and the bottle of Coke was as expected.

Waiting over 2 hours now for delivery. Still no food. Not a very good first impression. I understand it’s a Friday night not but 2 hours is unacceptable. Tell me you’re busy and I’ll come get it. Don’t tell me 45 minutes and it’s still not here 2 hours later.

Average traditional american chinese takeout. They do take a slight twist on some dishes though that doesn’t help make it standout. The tender boneless spare ribs melt in your mouth and had a sweet five spice flavor – my wife really liked the ribs prepared this way, but not how I like them. The general tso chicken had a thicker and softer batter than I like. Chicken and broccoli was good and what you’d expect. Spring rolls reminded me of lumpia with a little extra onion flavor. Even the white rice had a different taste which I couldn’t figure out. Quick and easy to order and pickup.

Shunai was gross and the scallion pancake was like dry bread. Ribs and pork fried rice were okay. The service was fast and the people were nice but food was so so disappointing.

We get take-out from this place at least once a month. The food is very good and the staff is always friendly. Steam dumplings, beef lo mein are recommended.
