Servicer was slow and completely absent until payment/tip was submitted. Pizza sorely lacked the boasted topping being laid on thick and pizza was tibid at best when it finally reached the table. No offer of a refill or even napkins during this visit.

Very hard to find a place where the service matches the quality of the food or vice versa but the New Lenox Beggars sets the standard. Took my family, wife and 2 young children, for dinner tonight. The pizza was delicious with tons of toppings, appetizers were great and the deep dish cookie was AMAZING! The owner was present which is a rarity these days so that was great to see. He was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Our server, Sarah, was a rockstar! My 2 year old spilled her chocolate milk all over the table and she was super kind and helped get it cleaned up and hurried over another chocolate milk for my kiddo. We have just found our pizza night go to, thanks for everything today Beggars Team!

Food was made to order and hot! I’m a big pizza guy and this was good but not great, the thing crust pizza is oddly thick. Came here on a Wednesday for lunch and the place was empty. Just my group and the bartender, I didn’t catch her name but she was great!

Waited for over an hour after pickup time and the employees are laughing and making jokes about it. Asked for updates on the time several times and get dumb giggles from girls working the counter. This place is an absolute clown show and it really is a stain on beggars good name. What a lousy restaurant
