The customer service here is PHENOMENAL. Family of 3 dined in on Good Friday around 6pm. The dining room was empty, with the exception of the delivery drivers. It was open seating and we were tended to very promptly. The person taking our order was very pleasant and had GREAT customer service skills. We usually order pizza, but we decided to go with something different this time. We ordered a grilled chicken salad, buffalo wings, french fries, an Italian beef (dipped, with giardiniera peppers, red sauce and mozzarella cheese) and a cheese pizza from the kids menu.

Pizza was really good. Ordered a well done pizza with spinach, turkey sausage, peppers, extra sauce, and extra cheese. Ordered for pick up. Pizza was ready at the time I was told it would be. Pizza was really hot, fresh, and flavorful. Ladies at the register were really nice and made sure my order was correct!

I am so glad my friend suggested we grab dinner here, she said their gluten free pizza was good. Boy was she wrong, it was Excellent!!!! It is not easy to make a delicious gluten free pizza so hats off to the cooks. We decided to dine in and the waitress brought a fun attitude that enhanced our experience. I look forward to going back and I felt very comfortable dining in since everyone seemed to do a great job keeping things clean. Also happy to report that the following day the reheated pizza tasted good. Thanks to everyone working and providing great customer service and food.

Went to Beggars Pizza last Friday 5/5/2023. My Hubby and I ordered a large sausage and cheese it was deliciously hot meaty and juicy. The pizza was burnt, dry, and cut in triangles. This is Chicago, we don’t do triangles, we do squares! The people at the front were a bit rude, I want to say racist, but I’m not really sure! There was a group of about 6 Afro-American men that walked in as I was getting my pizza, one staff member said isn’t the dining room closed. It was 9PM and they didn’t close until 11. I walked in about 90 seconds before them and they said hello are you dining in…Seems a bit fishy!

I love their slices yet the last two times I ordered, the pizza was MUCH thinner than the slices. It even says we lay it on thick which is why Beggars has always been my fave. Lately the crust is just too thin and the toppings slid off during delivery this last time. My pizza was a hot mess. Hope it gets better.
