had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was truly delicious, each bite an explosion of flavors that blew me away. Also, the attention to detail in the decor created a charming and cozy atmosphere that really complemented the dining experience. And the desserts, simply sublime! I can’t stop thinking about those sweet and luscious flavors. I definitely look forward to going back and trying the rest of the menu. Highly recommended for those looking for an exceptional dining experience!”

The food is amazing! The environment is so comfortable and cozy. There is only one waitress and she was phenomenal. The best part? She barely interrupted us unless it was to bring us our food. The portions are perfect in my opinion. It allows you to try different dishes. My husband and I were able to share a soup, black bread, and a veggie dish before our main came out. I ordered the Amish burger and I left with half a burger to take home. I was so full, I gave the fries to my hubs. The prices are fair, you are paying for farm to table food. Food that is fresh, not frozen, and actually has taste. The pavlova cake is amazing too! We will definitely be coming back.

Wow, we were so impressed with this cute spot and so happy we decided to try it today! First of all, the restaurant is nicely decorated perfectly for the food they provide. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. Just the sweetest.

This is a very good and somewhat hidden restaurant in Bay Ridge. The menu is full of fresh vegetables and they’re cooked and integrated into the dishes perfectly. I got the Wild Boar Pappardelle and it was amazing. I highly recommend the hummus and the toast apps (toast not pictured because we ate it so quickly). I think the restaurant is BYOB, I saw several groups bring in their own wine, but I didn’t see anything about that on the site or Google maps. I recommend confirming ahead of your stay.

We found the owners extremely friendly and welcoming. This is fine dining in an unexpected place. The Russian owner-chef is obsessed with the choice of his ingredients / they come from southwest Amish organic farms. The creations are seasonal and the menu changes based on what’s available. Definitely fine ingredients in a down to earth quiet and cozy environment.

Amazing food, nice welcoming atmosphere. The worst thing about this place is that it makes it very hard to decide what to get. Everything on the menu sounds and looks so good you want to order it.

I Came in for brunch and truly loved the food. My berry French toast was delicious and the seasonal menu and spring drink selection was spectacular. Highly recommend the blue matcha! Love the fresh farm to table feel of this place. The service is wonderful and you can tell the staff really cares about customer satisfaction. This place is a hidden gem! I’d give them ten stars if I could. Seriously, don’t walk, run to Beets and Carrots.

As a Registered Dietitian, I highly recommend Beets and Carrots. The food is always fresh and seasonal. The chef is so amazingly creative. One day we bought him figs from our tree and within minutes he made a beautiful appetizer for the entire restaurant. The decor is not fancy but it doesn’t need to be. The food is more than 5 stars!

A little gem in south Bay Ridge. Worth the trip. Everything we tried was delicious and the menu lends itself well to tasting a bunch of dishes. My dining party described our meal as “elevated eastern European country dining”. John the host was delightful. We’ll be back.

Absolutely phenomenal! I loved the dish. It was a daily special called a Spinach Prosciutto Pasta. The flavor was amazing especially the prosciutto. I also ordered the beets and carrot ice cream and cake. Presentation was there but the flavor wasn’t as good as the main dish. The ice cream was great though. Also received an order of fries and they were perfectly cooked and salted to perfection.
