We had Bees Thai food truck for the first time a few weeks ago at Liquid Mechanics Brewery in Lafayette, CO. The Basil Fried Rice with Chicken and Crispy Pork is such a treat! You can tell that the ingredients are very fresh! The ladies that run this truck are very sweet and took great care of us. We’ve been craving it for the last few weeks so we looked on their Facebook page to see where they were at tonight. Guess what? We found them! And we were able to get our fix of their delicious Thai Fried Rice again! It was just as good as the first time! Give them a try! You’ll be addicted as well! Thanks Bees!

Everything we ate was DELICIOUS – this was truly some of the best Thai food we’ve had, and hands down my new favorite food truck! They also do not mess around with the spice! Loved it.

Best Thai food around. Hands down. Pineapple fried rice is very good, as well Thai sausage. We follow them religiously, as they usually park at a local brewery, so it’s a win-win!
