This place is hit or miss. Either the food is just phenomenal, and the service is exceptional, or the food is lousy and the service matches. There seems to be no in between at this place. The first time we went the food was beyond delicious and the service was incredible. So the next time we had family in town and took them. The food was horrible. The service was terrible; drinks came AFTER food which took over an hour to get, was wrong, and was cold, no refills and we had to track her down to even get a bill. We thought maybe they were having a bad night so tried again a month later and the service and food were just incredible. Next time we visited food & service were horrible. And that is their reputation in this area. They are either really great or really lousy. There is just no way to figure out which it will be. Which is ashamed because when they are good they beat any of those fancy steakhouses near the mall, but when they are bad….well McDonalds taste better then what they serve and has better customer service.

Beef O Brady’s Wilderness was wonderful this evening! Haili was my server and she was the best! She was attentive and took care of everything I needed! She is a top notch server! Beverly never disappoints she is an awesome bartender. Sarah cooked our chicken wings and wrap to perfection as always! Alex the new Manager made time to talk to us and see if we were having a good experience. He has big plans for the restaurant to improve where he can. Get the blackened dry rubbed wings (fresh dropped) you won’t be disappointed! We will be back again soon. Only negative is the bar counter top I wish would be updated.

Ordered Togo on a Tuesday night, it was slow inside and it still took nearly 40 minutes for our order to be done, it was 2 wing baskets and a cheese quesodilla, the quesodilla was PAPER THIN I asked for extra salsa no sour cream they gave the opposite, forgot my drink, the wings were not spicy at all or flavorful for that matter, the fries were soggy. All of it was lukewarm. The bartender was nice enough to grab the drink and the salsa they forgot but overall this was a complete waste of money, $45 for below mediocre food. My family and I won’t be ordering here again. Do better.

Waited forever for my food. They brought my appetizer out with my main food. My $16 wings were maybe room temp. The fries with my cheeses steak were room temp. They only thing hot was the sandwich. Will not ever go back. They did comp the meal but to wait forever on a not so busy evening and not get served with decent food is not a great way to run a food establishment.

Have been here a few times and has been a great experience each time. Friendly and attentive staff. Good portion size, quality and temperature of food has been great. Definitely recommend coming here with family for a nice meal. This location is MUCH better than the other local one near Hayes Rd and 52.
