This is the best Beef O Bradys we have been to. The service was PHENOMENAL! Krissy was amazing. The food came out quickly and our drinks stayed filled. We ordered the build your own burger-the Monday special for 7.99. We added fried jalapeños and American Cheese. It was a very flavorful hamburger. The wings were made perfectly. There was a lot to choose from for sauces. The prices were very reasonable. The restaurant was clean and the staff were all johnny on the spot. We will definitely be back. Thank you for running such a nice establishment.

So!!! First time at this beef o Brady’s!! And I love Beef o Brady’s. We showed up at the restaurant at 6:45 and they close at 8. Me and my daughter walks in with my granddaughter and they say rudely sit where you want. We said we got 6. So she says it’ll be 20 minutes before you can sit. While there was a big table right next to the front door. So we waited…. About 8 minutes later a table opens up. So we sit. She got our drinks and she said take your time. About 10 minutes later she says what can I get you. We ordered. I know food and we ordered wings and they were out before 10 minutes which I know that’s not fresh. Which is what ever. But I mentioned to my daughter about empty drinks. Another server had to get the drink. And at 7:10 they started closing up and felt like I was being rushed. A girl came out of the kitchen glared at our table and looked at her watch twice. And walked away disgusted. Then the bartender started singing a song about wake me up before you go go looking at us and repeatedly sang it. And I had to walk out because I was so mad and disgusted. It was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. Disturbing. So beware of the beefs in Crystal River. Never again for me!!!!!!!! I hope management looks into this because this is unacceptable. I work and we accommodate customers and make them comfortable when they go there. Being rude and rushing people before closing time is horrible. The blonde bartender was very rude. Didn’t get her name but she made rude comments!!

Very noisy. Slow service..had to ask multiple times for beverage refills. Food was OK, but wrong sauce/not what we asked for made it less enjoyable, and we again had to wait for our server to correct our order.

Wait staff is terrific, food is great, I always get a traditional wing basket with curly fries and Cole slaw. I get the hot sauce with a extra condiment cup of hot sauce for dipping. Sometimes I get the atomic for dipping,as I’m not brave enough to have it all over my wings, just yet. Be prepared to wipe off the sweat when eating this, atomic, sauce! It’s a little bit warm to say the least! Definitely recommend!

Very disappointed tried calling and was put on hold for 20 minutes. We thought maybe they forgot we were on hold so we tried calling from another phone . Line kept disconnecting every time we tried calling ! So after trying so many times an hour later we call again and was told we’re closed .I explained my situation and was told we’re busy wasn’t even told sorry or anything.Such horrible service how can you put someone on hold so long and then ignore a call . The place was still open . ! Ridiculous will never go back here !
