Placed order #316 on 7/29/2023 at 5:17pm. They forgot one of the milkshakes. Had to park and unbuckle a toddler to go backside and get it. Got a mile down the road and realized they didn’t put any sauces in the bag for our 3 Chicken Tender meals. Had to go back and park and go in again with my toddler. Finally got home. Missing a fry. Wish they would make sure everything is in the bag before they give it to you. Or have 2 associates check the bag. Huge inconvenience. Expect better when you place an order over $100.00.

Not many burger places have people going to prom in them but this one did! I think that speaks to the part in the community that this place is. We ordered online and there was a small issue with our order but the young lady behind the counter sorted it right out. You could also tell that she ran a tight ship, it was impressive. Food was very good and filling!

My family and I spent 35 on food. We threw out over half of it. It was truly disgusting. A burger shouldnt be so greasy that you can literally pour out grease from unwrapping it and the bun is soaked. The chicken tenders were disgusting that neither my 4 year old, myself, or husband wanted it. I brought it to their teams attention and was offered a gift card. I don’t want a gift card. I want you to make edible food. Worst fast food restauran I have ever been to I’ve traveled across the country and lived in 6 different states. The shake was the only thing i sign off on but it’s not worth testing anything else.

I recently dined at Beef-a-Roo with a friend, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The meat in both the Beef and Cheddar sandwich and the Roast Beef sandwich was rubbery and difficult to eat. I almost choked while trying to swallow it. The poor quality of the food makes me strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. Consider other options for a satisfying meal.

Fast, friendly, accurate service. However I notice this location is always very messy inside. Tables never wiped properly, soda station always sticky and gross. Floors very unkept.

I just found out I have celiac disease and I ordered a roast beef with a gluten free bun, me having no idea I ordered a fry as well and the worker asked if I wanted them without salt because it does have gluten. I thought it was so kind of them to mention and saved me from a night of sickness. If I could give more stars I would.

Service is excellent, most servers have been there for over a decade and know repeating customers by name. Quality is key, most sauces are home made and it truly tastes home made.

Today was not your day. The grease on the cheese curds and onion rings were literally saturated in the grease. It took away from the flavor of the curds and the onion rings. It also tasted like old grease. I love Beef a Roo. Spent $45 and they didn’t even offer to compensate for the horrible experience. A reimbursement or so much off our next dinner. Not sure l will dash back there for another order of grease with cheese on the side, oh wait that’s exactly what we got. What a waste of potentially having a good dinner that we all looked forward to. BUT I STILL LOVE YOU ROO!!! I’LL be back ❤️

The burgers have completely changed. They are flat & salty now & the fries are hard every time I go now. Starting to be one of my least fav fast food places to stop. The shake was still the same & good.

The beef sandwich is great I wish they would teach their fry cook how to cook onion rings without burning them I’ve ordered them 4 times only 1 time they were cooked perfect at over 4 bucks they should be done right each time I will not be ordering them again
