Cozy place with a great lake view from the outdoor patio. If the food takes a while, don’t worry. It’s made with care. The quality is good, and the portions are decent size. The waitress we had was very attentive. It was our first time, but we intend to be back.

The location, view of the lake and service were really good. The atmosphere there is really nice. The fish fry was over priced from what it advertises on their website and the fish fry had way too much breading on it. Actually never seen that much breading on a piece of fish. I wish I would’ve gotten it broiled but I didn’t.

UPDATE 7/2020: Visited in summer of 2019 and again in July of 2020. Excellent food and service both times. The pie is a MUST!!! Homemade right there.

The business is run by a couple. They are friendly and care about costumers, the gentleman apologized for being understaffed. We ordered a salad with tuna and cheese curds, the portions were large, specially the salad, and the food was tasty. I would come again

I used to stop here every Sunday for a year during some very difficult times. The bartender was always the same gentleman (Andy, if I recall right?). He was always the most extraordinary gentlemen. He’d send me on my way after a couple, because he knew I had 40 miles to go on my journey. The food was okay, the beer was very good, and the service was excellent.

Support your local bars! This is a cozy spot to get some decently priced beers and have some typical pub grub. Great outdoor patio in the summer overlooking Whitefish Lake, and it is accessible by sleds in the winter.

Mom and I stopped here for dinner last night and was very disappointed. She had shrimp dinner and shrimp was over cooked. I ordered Rib Eye and it was so tough! They were out of A1 Steak Sauce. Looks like they take more pride in serving folks at bar then dinner customers. Will not be back. Was a good place at one time back in 80!s.

So very disappointed in the treatment we received tonight. We have been long time regular customers and will never be eating there again. We waited a half an hour for a table and seated by the waitress. In the middle of ordering an extremely rude woman came over and told us we needed to move. If there was a problem or mistake with the seating it should have been handled in an appropriate manner by the owner. So rude! Never going there again!!!
