This place is very close to where I live and we decided to try this one Saturday morning. We got omelets and waffle. It was good. But the fork was dirty. I had to ask for another fork. Maybe it was just a one time thing I don’t know but I got to review this based on this visit. We got multi bread and whole wheat. I felt the multi bread had a stale smell. Probably because of these reasons, I may not go back again. I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close to my house. Bummer!

This place got 2 out of 2 parts of our order wrong. One sandwich wasn’t included at all. My omelet was totally wrong, like they read 1/3 of the order notes and just winged it. I’m annoyed I paid for this but won’t make the mistake again. I get that it’s busy on a weekend but you need to serve the food people order if you don’t want feedback like this.

Roach crawling on the register while we were paying and the cashier didn’t bat an eye. Got sick within 2 hours of eating here. Service was alright but not worth the food poisoning

I hate to leave bad review, but honestly, there are better diners in the area. The main complaint I have was there was an unpleasant odor and I’m not sure exactly what it was could be a patron or could just be the smell of the place the. food was decent. it’s a shame because I think the atmosphere was nice and I think the staff was very nice as well but can’t say that I would return.

Bedford Street Diner in Stratford, Ct is in my opinion a sense of home , the service is as good as the food , each time my friend and I have been to eat we can never find anything to complain about , it’s been a long time since we’ve been able to go somewhere and not have any issue at all! This spot is really slept on. Ive ordered from Uber eats a couple times and was surprised on how good the food was. I finally went to the location and was blown away how clean it was and friendly the staff was . It’s a must go if you’ve never been.

Stopped by BSD to grab a quick snack of buffalo wings. Loved sitting at the old school counter with the fixed, spinning seats. Reminded me of my grandparent’s restaurant. Anyway, wings were solid, good crisp and level of heat without being soggy. Service was quick even though I came at a very slow time in my the late afternoon. Curious abt a next visit already…
