Went around 9pm on a Saturday. There were plenty of open tables and a couple of open seats at the bar.

Stopped in over the weekend for lunch and we were really impressed. The atmosphere is very modern, we really liked the music, the scenery playing on the TV’s (an option without sports is always a plus for us), and the decor, which really felt very cozy but also cool.

First time here! We didn’t know this place existed. It was a couple blocks off the square. They played fun music, had great drinks, and tasty food!

First time here since it’s been changed to a classy bar. The food and drinks are delicious! We had the brushetta trio, Mac and cheese, scallops and chicken cups. These paired nicely with the Lemoncello martini and their Old Fashioned. I’d go back with a reservation because the place was packed and parking wasn’t easy. I didn’t give 5 stars because they were out of 3 different dishes we wanted to try. However, it was 9 PM on a Saturday. Next time we will go on a different day at an earlier time.

A hidden gem. This restaurant is in an out-of-the-way location, but what a find! It bills itself as more of a bar with “shareable plates”, but the food was spectacular and the portions were perfect. My husband had a craft drink, we shared two plates, each of us had dessert and we were completely satisfied. We dined outdoors which was nice except for the noise of a nearby air conditioner. Perfect restaurant for date night, as this is a 21 and over establishment. So glad to finally see some culinary challenges to the Chicago scene in Crown Point.

A new tony restaurant in the Hub. The place is cleaned up and modern. All the cool kids should like the place. Drinks are pricey, but reportedly good. Plenty of beer and wine selections. Per usual currently, there are a lot of IPAs, but some other selections as well.

My new favorite spot in CP. We got the Mac and cheese, bruschetta trio, and cauliflower special. The Mac and cheese was the best I’ve had in a long time, super cheesy and a great portion. Out of the options for the bruschetta the apple pecan was by far the best. The cauliflower special was roasted with jalapeño cream and spinach, that was good as well but we like it spicy, it was more of a spinach cream. Overall not much to complain about, and drinks were amazing as well. Yay!
