We vacation near by once a year and all 15 years, we have never not paid a visit to this establishment. The owners are extremely generous and feel like old friends. They make some fantastic food, you cant go wrong! Will keep up this tradition as long as its here! 5 stars+++++

Go ahead and get their grain bowl on Thursdays. Ever changing menu! Get the side salad with their house dressing- it’s amazing! A beautiful blend of housemade ranch and green goddess dressing.

I must say, this restaurant consistently hits it out of the park! Kari’s dedication she put into crafting new recipes is truly impressive, and it never fails to exceed my expectations. One of my personal favorites is their Thursday Night Grain bowls. The attention to detail in each dish is remarkable and always leaves me delighted with the dining experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful culinary adventure!

Chef Kari makes The BEST Cheese Curds on the Planet – Hands Down !!!!! I was extremely complementary of them and told the waiter Mike (who just so happens to be Chef Kari’s husband !) my praise. He said after Kari graduated from Culinary School, she worked hard developing the perfection of her recipe. I had only had Culver’s Cheese Curds prior to experiencing them at Beastro & Barley and now have to conclude since Chef Kari’s are a 10 out of 10, Culver’s only come in at a 6 out of 10 – sorry Culver’s, but that’s the truth. I thought you were great and now I know better happening to stop at Beastro & Barley.

Culinary miss… Some thing was very wrong with the coleslaw mentioned it to the waiter/owner and was pretty much ignored. Something was spoiled rotten or poorly prepared. The fish was comparable to three large fish sticks. Would not recommend to anyone. McDonald’s has better fish than this. Needs more training.

We had a great experience. The onion rings were awesome, and our steaks were great! Our server was so nice and did a great job! Great price for the steak special on Tuesday. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a bacon cheeseburger, cheese curds, 4 wings, a cup of soup to go (chicken and wild rice) A tall Cap’n n coke, and a soda…41 bucks…I did that to try a few things but I didn’t think it would be that much, seems a bit on the pricey side but overall everything was very good. I will come back for sure but prices might be a factor as far as how often I do return. I was recommended by some regulars and would recommend this place to other people. They take cash or card.

Fabulous food & fun place to visit. Great service & music too. Do not miss the special soups, steak night or the grain bowls and the homemade desserts are a MUST HAVE too! Reedsburg’s own version of ” Cheers” where everybody knows your name…VERY warm & cozy atmosphere. LOVE IT!!!
