First time going to Beast last night and it was amazing, I’ve been to Bier Cafe before so I knew the food and service would be great. Jen was our waitress and her service was amazing and she was hands down the greatest waitress I’ve ever had. I’m a foodie so I’m everywhere ive eaten at probably every place in Dutchess county and never had a waitress like her. We told her after dinner we planned on trying to go to the renegades game, and she went and somehow provided us with tickets from a season ticket holder, I believe was the owner.. It was our first time seeing fireworks at the game and knowing it was because of her and Beast made it that much more special. 10/10 food 10/10 service 10/10 everyone must go.

Went to check out this new BBQ place in Fishkill. Definitely worth the ride from Brooklyn. I travel a lot and this was some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. Staff was amazing and the coffee drinks were to die for. And they have the fluffiest waffles! Can’t wait to come back and try even more things on the menu.

Beast is a lot of smoked BBQ goodness with some very nice flare of Peruvian influence. The brisket is very tender and full of flavor, the beef and cheese sandwich has great elevation of a classic meal. Save yourself some time and get any side as a large- they are great to share. The arroz chaufla is very authentic and delicious! The Mac and cheese is a great item to share and can be devoured. Sides were shared amongst 3 people and we were all satisfied. Wanting to try as much food as possible, we had no room for dessert – but we will be back!

This place is great! My husband and I wanted to try a new place we are glad we found Beast. The food was delicious! We came for their brunch menu. A lot of great choices! We ended up getting the Beef and Cheese and the Beast BBQ omelet. Wow!!! The Beef and Cheese was an amazing mix of great smokey brisket with gooey cheese! How could you go wrong?! The omelet had tender brisket chunks with grilled onions and topped off the hashbrowns were super crispy! I suggest asking for a side of their BBQ sauce! It just topped it off perfect! We cannot wait to come back!

Fun restaurant- if you have the chance- go! Met up with some old friends who were in from California- we all had an amazing time. Food was excellent. Great drink selection. Beautiful bar in a historic building. Plenty of outdoor sidewalk seating. Highly recommend!

I strongly recommend arriving early in the evening because they do not take reservations here. It is not practical due to the relatively small dining area. Don’t let that deter you from trying Beast for yourself. The food, and service are excellent and worth taking a chance you will be turned away at the door. I was the first time and we went a short walk down the street to their other restaurant. I am glad I took another stab at it. I had the Peruvian chicken half and it was accompanied by a fresh sauce and generous bowl of rice, all of which were delicious. I would definitely come here again.

Went there for lunch for the 1st time with my wife. The food was delicious we ordered wings, brisket and brisket with grilled cheese. The wings were smoked and were perfection. The brisket was also smoked and was so tasty and tender. The menu has bbq , smoked , and brunch items. Everything looked delicious. The bar is fully stocked and there is Czech, German beers as the theme. They also have other brands. We will definitely be back.

Ordered sliced brisket on a brioche bun w pickles n bbq sauce n mayo. Had to wipe off the top of bun due to oily surface n then picked it up n bit into it n the brisket piece pulled free cause it wasn’t tender n was dripping grease steadily into my plate. Brisket appeared lean but was quite fatty n had to take it apart n use knife n fork cause bottom bun was soggy. Had potatoe salad with it n it had too much mayo on it no disernable bbq sauce noted. Waitress disappears when we wanted to pay and leave so the bar guy or mngr got us our check. Dessert we skipped because neither the lava cake or the other pastry was to our liking. Small menu should allow better quality control. Lack lustre experience. Won’t b going there again
