I rateed this 3 star due to the wait. There were only 2 tables with customers when we arrived. One finished within minutes. It took an HOUR to get our pizzas. 3 individual pizzas and one large. Seemed that the deliver and pickup orders took rank over customers in store. Our waitress was very kind, I’d go back only after inquiring about expected wait time. Pizza was good, cheese sticks were great!

10-4-22 about 6:30pm: Great Service, one lady taking care of tables and helping back of house. Lasagna was pretty good and my pizza was really good. Medium hamburger with half pepperoni and cheddar cheese. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love the gondola sandwich. I dont think I’ll ever quit craving that sandwich. I take that deliciousness and dip it into the garlic butter, and man, talk about making my mouth happy. Woo hoo, it’s yummy. I love the Mama Bearnos pizza – talk about a heavy slice. My gosh, that thing is thick – full of fresh ingredients and made with more love than most of the other pizza places I’ve visited. The food is always fresh. I almost felt like goldilocks from the three bears. When I ate here, the food was “just right”! Whereas the other places I’ve tried have been “too cold” or overcooked. I’ve never been disappointed with my service or the cleanliness of the restaurant. And I dont think you’d find a cleaner bathroom in the whole town of Shepherdsville. I highly recommend this place. And as you’ve discovered, I highly highly recommend that declious gondola sandwich.

I asked for plain cheese specifically said not real thich. They put extra cheese extremely thick. Called to report the issues the lady coped an attitude yelled sir that was not extra cheese , continued yelling i am not a mind reader ask for light. I said i did ” i said not thick ” she hung up on me. No customer service here. Extremely rude most disrespectful place i think I’ve ever been to.

First of all I can not find how to order online for shepherdsville Bearnos. Second thing I called several times Saturday night and no answer. So I called Sunday to place an order, this time they answered then hung up on me. Then I called back and no answer, I don’t need this in my life, back to Pizza Hut at least they answer their phone.
