I gave it a 2 star because, I ordered a Beyond Burger, 6 chicken wings, tater tops and a drink for over 30.00. The Beyond Burger for 12.00 was a Burger slider, it was so small and Cold. and the potato tots were cold. The wings were small as well. Very disappointed especially because I hadn’t eaten all day.

The food is great but the staff service stinks, they always on their phone when you enter and order and they act a little rushy and unfriendly as if you’re not spending your money. I always come and get food but their customer service interaction stinks and very low professionalism not to mention their dress code. Extremely long vampire looking nails, dressing like they at a party and just a little ghetto in my opinion. It’s the truth and the customer service needs to improve overall. I also hate the fact that it’s a black owned restaurant and they give you a vibe like they don’t want to be bothered. If we should support our own they gotta act begetter no question about that, you gotta make your customers feel welcomed not like we’re begging y’all for anything.

The food was good. I ordered the fried cauliflower. I took away two stars because it was too much oil. It wasn’t drained enough. I had to put it on paper towels when I got home, and It wasn’t crispy. My sauce wasn’t in the bag. I will try again hopefully better results next time around.

Gourmet prices for homemade tasting burgers. Well seasoned ground beef patties. Meat isnt mixed with great cuts. Just ground beef. Burger itself was fine but lettuce was put on bottom and made the bottom soggy.each bite felt soggy and wet. Burger isnt well constructed. Bacon is good. Curly fries are decent and tater tots or decent. 2 burgers and 2 fries was nearly 50 bucks. 50 bucks at a gourmet burger place can get the same thing.customer service is good tho. 3 employees there seemed bored and had rather been home. I’m very picky tho. Iv eaten nyc best gourmet burgers. The everyday casual eater would find it perfect.

I came here after getting my nails done not too far away. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich which was soooo good when they made it crispy. The woman who took my order was gracious and welcome. I had to call back and let them know lol. Great staff. Great foood so far. Def would come back to try something else
