We’ve eaten at Beansprout many times over the past couple of years and the experience has varies pretty dramatically. We always order the same thing, General Tso’s Bean Curd. Sometimes it is amazing but just as often it is over cooked and hard.

Seems like a shady place from the outside. But inside. I liked it. It has an atmosphere that is just calming. The food was delicious. I read it is run by the same couple for a decade or so. But it is definitely one of the better Asian restaurants around.
