Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor.
Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada.
Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community.

Today, I visited your store #305. Tayven was the shift lead on the receipt. We arrived in the drive through at 11:40am and left the window at 12:09. There were 3 cars in front of us at the time we ordered. It took them nearly 30 minutes to get us through. That’s a very long time. We couldn’t leave the line, obviously, because we were stuck in the drive through queue- but we would have left after 15 minutes.

Use to love this beans and brew. But man. Has it gone downhill. Long wait lines. Good luck getting a drink within 30 min. They haven’t been making drinks to order like, forgetting espresso. They also keep having their machines down and don’t tell you until you are about to pay. Very sad, I’ll be going to a different Beans and Brews now.

I’ve been to a couple of beans and brews in the last month and have enjoyed the vibe, but this one I will not be returning to. I have a Dr appointment nearby and thought I would come to this one and work while I wait to go see my Dr. The login alone is distasteful and unwelcoming. Folks you won’t get that at the other locations. The food doesn’t have prices displayed like the other locations and there’s a reason, this location charges considerably more than the others. The quality left much room for improvement. If you can find another location I would highly recommend it.

I went to get coffee this morning to wake me up cause I was falling asleep. It was 7:05am. I sat at the drive though for a min no one came on to take my order. When I gave up and drove around the building it was closed. Sign said was suppose to be open at 6am

The drive through wait is extremely long and painful. Management has less staff and only 1 person was working. So unfair to the employees as well. My husband waited 45 mins in Drive through about two weeks ago and we currently sitting here now for 20 mins, still not yet at payment window. And there were just 2 cars before us. Crazy indeed. Just for a cup of coffee and the car beforeus waiting for one cup too. Won’t be using this location again. Really hope the management looks at the service.

This is one of my favorite Beans locations. The interior has had some thought put into making it a pleasant place to sit and enjoy. I’ve never had anything less than polite, friendly, excellent service at this location. I was most impressed the day I was in when some new hires were being trained, and the barista in charge was explaining how he treats every drink like it’s being made for someone he knows and likes, because people are paying a lot for a drink, and he wants them to enjoy it. Awesome! Someone who understands what customer service is, and makes me happy to be a customer there! I also love that this location is not skimpy on the pesto when I add it to a BCheesy; some other locations dot it on and I have to open the sandwich to see if it has been forgotten. I’ve only been through their drive through a couple times, but had no problem there.

On the inside it’s nice, but I must have visited on a bad day. The manager (I assume) was yelling at her workers in front of me and other customers. Seems a little unprofessional and rude to be honest. Hopefully others have a better experience here.
