Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor.
Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada.
Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community.

Brewed Coffee Ah, the classic. This is our go-to here at Beans–we’re famous for the High Altitude Roasting that gives our brews a smooth intensity. We use 100% Arabica coffee beans and produce a flavor you can’t find anywhere else.
Espresso It’s rich, it’s aromatic, and it packs a punch! We roast our beans at high altitude, then finely grind them and force high-pressure water over them to produce this extra-dark, extra-delicious pick-me-up.
Eye Opener Slow morning? We have the solution. Enjoy our French roast brew with two added shots of espresso. That’s one for each sleepy eye.
Americano For an Americano, we add a shot of espresso to piping-hot water to create a drink as strong as a drip coffee, but with the rich flavor and aroma you only find with an espresso.

It is what you will expect from a coffee shop. Good location, has a drive thru. The coffee 9 times out of 10 is exactly what you wanted. Once in awhile I’ll have an off tasting coffee, but they are always willing to make another. Good amount of seating and not a bad selection of food to eat while you sit and sip your coffee.

Just don’t. I liked the old staff quite a bit but they are all recently gone (where is Noah?) and lately they have been making the drinks wrong, and/or dont stir after adding sugar, and/or dont put a sleeve on your hot drink, I could go on.

They get the order wrong about half the time. Multiple times I’ve ordered a small hot latte, and it comes out iced. Other times I said, “a small hot caramel latte,” and it comes out unsweetened. What’s worse is I don’t know if they’re going to get it right until after I already tip.

Person at window obviously was having a bad day. Almost spilled the drinks on me. And snatched the clipboard back from me when I went to hand it back. Drinks were not labeled. Customer service definitely could be improved if they want “gratitude “ tips on that paper you sign. Hope he has a better day.

I am a Beans and Brew girl through and through, however, this location has gone so far down hill in the last year. If I have the time, I will drive to any other location to avoid the 50/50 chance my drink is terrible. They are nice, but the amount of money I have wasted on drinks that taste like straight milk or chocolate is so frustrating. I have never taken it back because often times, I don’t have time to walk my drink back in and ask them to remake it. Very frustrating to pay $6.50+ tip for a cup of milk. Avoid 10600 and 13th east if you can.

I waited in the drive through for 22 minutes. I had sent a text right after I ordered so I know how ling it took. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush but the cars behind may have been and couldn’t even leave if they were trying to get some where. The people working were clearly having fun chatting. I actually had to knock in the window for them to acknowledge me and give me my order. It can be a fun job, but it’s still a job. To make matters worse my latte had no flavor. Complete waste of my time and money
