for Mansfield this is not bad. Just not somewhere I would come back to. While everyone here is nice. The overall quality of the Açai Bowl I had was not so good. Portion was small for $7+ dollars. Not too much in the bowl itself compared to other places. My caramel Macchiato was not terrible but definitely not as good as Starbucks. This place has potential and I would like to see it do better.

Very quiet setting. Lovely decor. Overlooking the common. The croissant with avocado spread + red onion is delicious. We come here every Friday as a ritual. Also great coffee

Beans & Seeds is the only spot in Mansfield to perk up my morning with an extra shot of espresso in my latte and avocado spread on my sausage, egg, & cheese. My wife & daughter are big fans, and the staff welcome us like family. Highly recommend!

I have come here a couple of time! My black Coffee is consistently good. I have tried the avocado toast…ohh so yummy!! Helen, the own always has an inviting smile & happy!!
