Ordered the Super Salad without feta and it had a piece of mystery meat in it. I don’t eat meat! The salad was also warm, so I only took a couple of bites. Found the mystery meat the next day when I tried eating salad for lunch. Gross!

They’re a little bit more pricey than subway and Togo’s but the deli sandwiches are huge! Plenty of ingredients and meat. The large can feed 2 people. The bread are fresh. Best sandwich I’ve had in a while.

Very disappointed in not only the service but the quality of our sandwiches this evening. First, we arrive at 4:25 PM, confused because the hours are listed until 5pm, however, the “OPEN” sign is off. We proceed to walk in anyway and order. We were greeted and asked what we would like (Reason for the 1 star), when we ordered one of the specialty sandwiches “The Pig Kahuna”, the gentleman had to look under the reach in to see if he had the product which it seemed he did after he continued to take the order. We ordered pineapple on the side and extra hot sauce. The sandwich itself is usually a delicious mess and this time it was a horrendous mess. It was a mixture of chicken, pork and chunks of fatty meat and ABSOLUTELY NO hot sauce what’s so ever. We had to add Tapatio vs the Tabasco that normally comes on it which pulls from its original flavors. I ordered a veggie sandwich with Italian dressing on the side which I’m sure I was charged for but never received but I guess the half cup of mayo that was on the sandwich was supposed to make up for it? Not to mention the sandwich itself had 1 ringlet of onion, no mustard, no alfalfa sprouts..

It was good. The attendant was personable and patient. My sandwich was correct, unlike my previous visit. The food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Both my sandwich and my mom’s sandwich had a substantial amount of protein. Not the best sandwich I’ve ever had, but it tasted like a sandwich should.

I can’t remember the exact name but purchased the turkey, cranberry and pumpkin seed sandwich and was sadly disappointed for the money I spent on it. The turkey was very low grade basic deli meat , the cream cheese was very heavy handed. This was my first and last sandwich from here.

Great Experience at this location, first time here had heard good things about this place. From the beginning loved the outdoor experience tables with umbrellas. The inside was clean, totally dug the beach ️ theme thought i was back in the OC Huntington Beach. The surfboard shape tables were great. I went with the Santa Cruz large and OMG it was massive. I enjoyed every bit of it Delicious. The gal at the register was awesome, very kind gave me some recommendations. We spoke for a bit she was a very sweet, kind hearted, person. She did a very sweet gesture and I was very appreciative. You don’t see this very often, very glad to see there are still kind spirited people in this world. Come to find out she was the owner, Miss Lea. Not sure Lea if your location is a franchise store either way I wish you great success and to be very prosperous with your location.God Bless
