Noone was here, but we decided to check it out anyways. We got plantains and samosas as appetizers, and both were pretty bad. Asked for a sauce to dip the samosas in, and they offered ketchup. Plantains weren’t ready and the samosas were ridiculously greasy. We split the coconut curry with chicken and white fufu which ended up being really good. Overall, Bill was about $30. I think it was a bit overpriced for the appetizers forsure, but their main course is worth it. Service was not very good either. Overall, 2/5

Finally was on the west side of town and stopped by! We got a little lost and called and the lady helped us find the location. My boyfriend got the chicken and macaroni stew and I got the Nigerian jollof rice. The flavor of the stew was phenomenal. The rice was very flavorful and the chicken that came with it had a wonderful slightly spicy flavor. Will definitely be back to check out the other dishes.

I had high hopes for this place before going as the pictures in other reviews look fantastic. The food my husband and I had tonight was very disappointing. It was unevenly hot leading me to believe it had been microwaved. The chicken was tough and dry and tasted off. The plantains were mushy, greasy, and tasted like they were not fresh as well as microwaved. The service was good, and the owner was SUPER nice. I just wish the food was as good.

So 1st I want to say I don’t like to be negative especially about food. I was extremely excited to try African food I have never had it & always talking about wanting something new & different. So when I heard about Bchic Sports bar & grill was opening up I told my boyfriend we are going this weekend. I went to their website and booked a reservation for tonite @ 8 pm. We get there 7:40 pm waiting a min in the car and headed in at 7:45pm. We were never greeted at no point during the time there . Never asked if we wanted drinks, one waitress just came to the table after 35 mins and just sat menus down.Then after another 25 mins the male waiter comes by & asks “are you ready for food?” I had to ask about drinks which there is only bottle and can drinks and a pitcher of water & the glasses he brought to the table were dirty he actually came back & took my boyfriends glass & gave him a new one I just drank out of the Fanta bottle. So order our food & while waiting 2 other couples come in and one of them got our actual order so we finally got our food after that. They were microwaving food right out in the open, Noone had hair nets one girl with really long hair was scratching away at the back of her neck and went right back to prepping food, didn’t stop to wash her hands at all. The Samosas were good little kick to them no complaints however I anticipated the Egusi Soup & Fufu & was extremely disappointed couldn’t even finish it. Babe had the Macaroni stew with chicken & Chapati and the noodles were all stuck together he did manage to finish his it wasn’t too bad. Over all I couldn’t get over the lack of customer service despite the food not being what I expected the service didn’t make up for it. Probably won’t return.

This was a little hard because they were completely understaffed.. Only two people there working and it seemed like some of the rice was Uncle Ben’s. Drinks were really expensive. (Crown and Coke was $9.99) Why? Food wasn’t really that good and I will probably not be going anymore.

We were looking for some stew and fufu in Wichita. When we walked into BChic, we were kindly welcomed and seated with the choice of a table or booth. The decorations had beautiful African designs that showed vibrantly against the black tables. Our server was receptive to our needs and provided great selections to try. This place was fantastic! All of their foods were fresh and their flavors were authentic. They provide a taste of culture in Kansas that deserves the highest reviews.
