I was looking for more of a flavorful taste… to be honest it was mediocre. Baked beans canned, ribs not too much flavor, brisket Mac and cheese thumbs down. Literally taste like store bought Mac and cheese with brisket on top. The only reason why I went from 1 star to 3 is because the server was kind and efficient when taking the order, and the potato salad is the best thing they have going! I had to leave an honest review! AJ’s & Smokehouse 10 times better!

The food is amazing. We had the box for 2. Chicken, ribs,baked beans ,coleslaw,etc. the ribs fall off the bones. Chicken is tender. Another great place. Jack your the best. Thank you. I would recommend everyone try this BBQ Kitch’n. ❤️

Great food! I’m so happy to finally find a BBQ place in Anchorage. Being from South Carolina, I love the Carolina mustard BBQ sauce and the slight hint of spice and vinegar! The pulled pork was great and comes wrapped separate from the bun(if you get the sandwich),so you don’t have to deal with a soggy bun when you get to your destination. The massive coconut Chicken strips are a different take for sure, excellent none the less- were slightly oily, I let them rest on a napkin to absorb some of the oil. Will be back to try other options.

Sorry for the 2 but chicken was dry steak bites dry mac n cheese tastes basic noodles with possible Velveeta mix. The 2 is for customer service and corn fritters were good. Oh p.s baked beans seem like just out of can.

I should have taken a photo but it was too good to stop for a photo, the brisket is tender and flavorful, potato salad is on point, the corn fritters and honey butter were perfect and the Mac and cheese was delicious!! I’m so excited we have a legit bbq spot here in town now! Give them a try you will not regret it!

The Korn Fritters were excellent, as was the pulled pork. The brisket was fatty, and we received one tiny cup of sauce with a full pound order. It’s better to order on location and wait to pick it up there. We ordered on line ahead of time and had to wait for two other people to place their orders and someone else to pick up their order before we could collect our food.
