I don’t want to write down a critical review. But this review make change the business…

Takeout Korean fried chicken spot with family packages. Came here on a Saturday evening and ordered takeout at the counter. They do have an online ordering option if you want to save some time. It took about 25 minutes for the food to be prepared, but we just went to TJ Maxx for some shopping while we waited. We got the spicy as well as original option – the chicken stayed crispy even after the car ride home and I liked the flavor. The fries were $5.99 and nothing special. They gave us a free thing of radish on the side.

This Korean chicken spot is the best chicken I ever had. Great service reasonable price. Amazing part is that chicken is still crispy after next day.

Been wanting to eat here since they opened and after seeing this restaurant on TikTok several times I had to try it. I got the basic bone-in 2 flavors I let cashier pick.

Love this chicken. Yummy. But it took 25 minutes to get my order (this is fast food, not really a sit down restaurant). Thus the 1 star for slow service

I don’t want to go here again. There is a disgusting smell in the chicken. Pretty sure they are using very very old oil or just keep using it for frying. If so, that’s also very bad for your health. Don’t get me wrong. I am talking about this branch. I love this franchise brand. I did go-to and if I had it at the place, I would’ve asked to the owner for refund.

The lunch fried chicken with rice is really good. Love the honey garlic favor. But sadly they dont give the radish:(

Ehhhhh so so. I only got the kimchi rice so I’ll have to go back which is why I’ll give 3 stars! I was shocked that a bowl of rice came out to nearly $17…. For that price, I thought it would’ve tasted so fresh but it just wasn’t giving what an expensive rice should have gave. Also, it was just a weird combo. I was suggested to get cheese on top because it’s “spicy”, I found nearly no spice, or flavor. It had a lot of onion, that’s forsure. A few pieces of onion in each spoon full which is not for my liking. I’ll have to try to wings.

I like their food but not their service. Definitely NOT like the Rancho location. Came in around lunchtime this week and was waiting in line for about 5 minutes with another family before we even were recognized (actually wouldn’t have even been acknowledged if I didn’t grab the attention of a little brat of a young adult who retorted, “It will be just a minute” in a snarky tone – if you can imagine that.) Another employee came by and was friendly about taking my order and said about 15-20 minutes. After waiting about 30 minutes I decided to come back in and I swear it was like a revolving door or employees walking into the store and into the back. The poor girl was manning the counter while there were no customers looking for things to do. I checked in with her to see about how much longer and she went to the back to check with the staff. About 5-6 minutes, okay no problem. She explained that they were extremely busy and it was on the way. Picked up the food after waiting 40 minutes total; wish there was an option for online order, but the display was turned off the time I came in.

The food was definitely worth it. The chicken is delicious and crispy. I love how every order is cook to order and made fresh. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful.
