Great place to visit for a nice lunch and a great view of the bay. Super nice staff at the grill and throughout the hotel. Nice piece of history. We visited on a rainy day and ate lunch. Got drinks, burgers, and fries with a nice dessert.

A nice melding of a informal dining at a formal locale. The staff handle everyone from retirees to toddlers with great attitude. You can’t beat having lunch or dinner on the patio with a view of the bay, and a tip of the cap to Margaux for taking such good care of us.

Had a Napolitano Pizza which was reasonable at $17 for ~12″ pie. Ingredients were very good and the oven appeared to be wood fired so the edges were a little crispy but ok. Good quality and value for a 5 star lodge.

Had an amazing breakfast! I have never seen a Fritatta like this. Amazingly light and airy. They said the Lump Crab scramble was a “Alabama Top 100 dishes to have before you die”. They weren’t kidding. It was amazing.
