Do Not waste your money, not authentic Filipino food!!! The boy at the register was very pleasant & delivered great customer service. However, the food was terrible. BBQ pork empanada was nice & crispy with good amount of tasty filling. But, the pancit with chicken was not great, had red & yellow peppers in it that altered the flavor of the dish. I love peppers but not in my pancit! And why add the hard, not fresh, steamed rice in there? Fill-up my container with the pancit that I ordered, please! Lumpia & dipping sauce were super disappointing. Lumpia is frozen not fresh, filling is flavorless & don’t get me started on the dipping sauce…YUCK! It tastes like thai chili sauce mixed with vinegar. Not sure if they did that to cut costs but, it’s NOT the original Thai chili dipping sauce! It’s gross. Did not get dessert, as they were out of Turon. Sat down dine-in restaurant, food came out in a to-go bag, had to ask for utensils. They do offer a military discount but, still will not be coming back.

So not only you get charge state tax they charge you a processing fee when paying with cash. Don’t make sense. I just wanted some water with my food and the cup they gave me is smaller then an infant bottle. Besides that the food is good.

The food was sooo good! It did not lack flavor one bit! We ordered the Bistek Tagalog and Inihaw Na Liempo. We also had a Hola- Hola which was interesting, but good!

Very delish, fresh, and full of flavor. Tried a couple things and it was all great! Finishing touch was the Halo-Halo. I will have to try the Leche flan on it’s own and the Ube ice cream. So yummy!

Save your money, this is not Filipino food! After tasting the chicken adobo drenched in vinegar, we almost threw up. We took home the shrimp pancit and added our own flavoring. Really disappointed and wonder how this place is still in business. What’s even more sad is the owners don’t take the time to apologize to their customers or train their staff how to cook these easy dishes.

Menu is not clear as to what all is served on top of or directly with a dish. Requested my meal be remade after receiving it with something that I just don’t like which wasn’t listed as a topping… pretty sure they just mixed it together heated it back up and gave me the same thing as the cooks were giggling pretty hard. I mean you understand that I can see you right? Not the same since the owner changed. I hope it improves in the near future.

There is new ownership and they’ve remodeled…so we decided to try the pork sisig and empanadas. The staff are all very welcoming. The young man who cooked my sisig delivered it too. It was all delicious! We will be returning very soon!

I was one of the first and original customers when this place open with original owner. I go here regularly coz I do like the food but today I went to try the food and bought 4 types of dishes, spent almost $60 just to be disappointed. You cannot operate a Filipino restaurant without Filipino crew for one, coz that makes the place not so welcoming for Filipinos. For two the service crew who took my order was very rude and talk unprofessionally, doesn’t greet and doesn’t smile nor communicate well. The original owner always engage with customers, have great customer service skills and making sure each customer’s are well taking care of. I am not trying to destroy anyone here customer reviews should be taken seriously by the new owner and use it as a tool for improvement so we Filipino customer can go back and bring our business to this place who claim to be a place for Filipino cuisine. Filipino dish is well known as an amazing food all over the world, plus one of the main and great characteristics of Filipino is a great hospitality. Today I didn’t experience any of these to this restaurant. All Filipinos know how to cook our own dish so we know exactly what taste should be when it is served. This place with new management needs to really learn what is the real Filipino culture is and how to make Filipino dish the right way. Food is very disappointing as well as the customer service. Only Filipino people can tell what is real Filipino food taste like. I waste my money on this place today. Sadly… Not going back for sure and not recommend to others. I have to recooked the food I’ve ordered so it will have a better taste.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Filipino food for the first time at Bayanihan Café, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The combination of flavors and unique ingredients left me craving for more.

The food was terrible! Bistek meat was hard and very sour. Tapa was so-so but also not soft enough. Halo-halo is not worth it for the price. I think the food is overpriced for the quality and the quantity that you get.
