We tried twice over the last couple years with the most recent having us both getting fish dinners and deep-fried pickles and they use the exact same batter for everything. The batter has no flavoring to it and it’s really thick at that ,so maybe try the dry batter instead of the wet bqtter. We were both left feeling sick from how greasy it was and just have not had a good experience yet.

Hidden Gem of Bay City. Unbelievable service (Allison super friendly and efficient). and food at a great price. Met cook in the back and gave him an atta boy! Thank you! In house made blue cheese the best I have ever had. Steak had a slight Parmesan/herb/butter crust that was cooked PERFECTLY medium. My wife’s brisquet sandwich was not drenched in bbq sauce (which had a memorable tang). The table next to us ordered Nachos and they looked amazing. Steak dinner, brisquet meal, and grilled cheese meal for $37. Great value! Great music/great people. 7 televisions each playing something different. Excellent music. Skip the pricy downtown restaurants and visit Bay City Bill’s; you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back! Keep up the good work.

The food was good, the drinks were cold and the atmosphere was comfortable. Not a lot of dine in, but a busy carry out and door dash to slow down food for those dining in. The appetizers helped carry us over until the food came.

Ordered take out for the first time and there was so much extra salt on the fries I had to take a napkin and wipe each one, couldnt even finish them becausethe salt.was just too much. My husband got nachos, but nothing was layered….the cheese and toppings were just thrown on top so you were left with a big pile of dry chips. Wasn’t the worst food. The burgers are big.
