Excellent location right on the water. We sat right next to the window looking over the bay. What a view! Both the bay breeze and black bean burger were pretty good, but the in-house clam chowder was definitely my favorite. Place was a bit pricy but the staff was really nice and professional.

What a wonderful little spot for lunch/dinner! I’m giving this 5 stars for the food and the view. Absolutely excellent. The fries and spring rolls were amazing. Their smoked salmon mac was delicious too.

Food was all really good. My wings were plump and delicious, and my drinks were well balanced. My daughter loved all her food, and my boyfriends calamari was fresh and good portion. I felt tha ambiance in the restaurant wasn’t the greatest, but the view of the bay was amazing!

It was a beautiful day and we had a wonderful lunch at the Bay Breeze Restaurant and Bar. Exquisite views of the Bay. They do not have good choices for gluten-free. But I did find an excellent pulled pork taco that was very good. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We stayed a long time.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience grabbing dinner and drinks up on the patio! The service was great and the food was equally good. The beach view really enhances the experience, and the wait staff gives you the right amount of attention/privacy. Absolutely we will be eating here again!

It’s still tough times for the restaurant business, especially in small towns like Birch Bay. Staffing must be so difficult especially after summer ends. I’d like to add a 5 star review as we had a pleasant experience with tasty food. Sept 22, 2022. Both servers were extremely welcoming and smiled plenty. Our main server recommended the steak sandwich dip and the salmon fish and chips after I asked. Both were hot and delicious. These were the best fries we had locally on a recent trip. Not often you can get a salmon fish and chips. Think we arrived early enough before the evening rush. Feel bad not more staff but what can you do when this world lacks people that actually want to work. Thanks for the awesome service ladies! Great view of the water too.

Great service, great seafood, obviously cooked fresh to order. Steamed clams in smoked pepper garlic white wine sauce and Sririacha prawns are amazing, both served with outstanding toasted sourdough. We were in Blaine/Semiahmoo area for a month this summer and made Bay Breeze our go-to 2-3 times/week. Couldn’t get enough and Stasha always made us feel welcome with great drinks and service.

Very good fish and chips that had an interesting twist on the chips ive never seen before! Good service and the pricing to amount of food is fair. The fried calamari had a very nice spicy crunch which paired well with the green onions. Beautiful views with a nice breeze through the eating nook! Definitely going back!

Went today for dinner, and husband and I both were craving pork. So he got the barbecue pulled pork tacos and I got the barbecue pulled pork sandwich. They were both supposed to come with pineapple coleslaw however it just tasted like regular coleslaw to me. And both came with fries. We actually had to ask our waitress if it was supposed to be more barbecue flavored it just needed something more. She told us that yes it’s done in a barbecue and yes it should be very flavorful, so she brought us out a side of barbecue, and spoke with the kitchen to let them know it wasn’t quite there yet. As far as the amount of pork goes you actually should order the tacos if you want more food. And they’re $2 cheaper. As far as the atmosphere goes the views are beautiful. My only complaint about eating inside was that it’s loud. They don’t have anything to buffer sound, there was a live musician with speakers, and on top of that everyone was talking loud so that they could hear each other. I’m sure during non-covid times there’s probably something to help that but right now it’s a bit loud. Our waitress was so sweet, Megan, she really took care of us while we were there.
