Found this place while working in Champaign IL, it was next to my hotel but my goodness it was great. Ordered some great shrimp apps, a iceberg wedge, and the prime rib special. Everything was amazing and the service was great as well. I always appreciate seeing the manager bring out the entrees, it shows accountability for the quality of food you serve to me, and that’s exactly what they did. Bring your appetite and a little extra cash though, when food is this good it isn’t cheap. Highly recommend.

I love this place. They’ve several healthy options. Local beer American Ale tried for the first time and was very good. Good cocktails. Great dessert: chocolate raspberry pudding (warm) with ice cream. Hope never gets out of the menu so please but it . My only question/ complaint is that I’ve never call for reservation and I get stuck behind the bar with kitchen feeling sensation even though is not while the whole place stills empty. I get it if it’s full and rush time but wasn’t. I didn’t ask you be move either. Still great food and service so that doesn’t changes my perspective. But will feel more like a date if not on that booth.

Our server was awesome. She was super friendly and very attentive. Only reason I gave food 4 stars was because I was super excited for the halibut but was disappointed it was slightly overcooked. Otherwise, the prime rib sliders were our favorite! DELISH!

This is a great place to go for a date or a celebration of some kind. It is on the pricey side but the food is amazing! Even their salad is reaaally good! If you want to splurge for an event, this is a great option to treat yourself or someone else!

Brazilian kabobs were really good, flavorful, and accompanied by perfectly cooked veggies. A solid lunch portion that still allows you to go back to work without a nap. The meat was a touch overcooked to my liking, but I didn’t specify how I wanted them cooked (I was never asked and figured I’d trust the chef). That was the only “beef” I had. I’ll see myself out….

Absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, the garlic butter was a little overpowering but I enjoyed it overall. My husband got the halibut and he loved it (he grew up in Alaska eating fresh halibut so that’s a huge compliment to their fish selection!)

This is an upscale American restaurant located in the heart of Champaign urbana. It’s tucked away behind the McDonald’s and next to the holiday inn. Trying it for the first time made me want to come back! It’s a great spot for a date, hangout with friends, or even a larger meeting (there are conference rooms). Food was mediocre at best. The burger I had was a Walmart patty and was overcooked. The bun was horribly hard and over toasted and there was a large piece of ham disguised as one of my French fries (the fries were great, the ham was not). What really ruined this place was the terrible service from the bar tender. There were 4 people at the bar and it took 10 minutes for her to acknowledge me, and another 10 minutes to bring a whiskey, neat. Pathetic and embarrassing. Go somewhere else where your money will go farther for better food and easily better service (I can’t imagine there is worse service anywhere)
