Nice outlet of Bawarchi near Frisco Costco. Clean dining room and lots of food options. Biryani is little spicy. Other dishes that I ordered were tasty. Quantity of biryani is sufficient for two persons. Courteous staff and ample parking outside. There are both veg and non veg options available.

Ordered a Paneer biryani Togo. The biryani is so wet and tastes like they mixed some curry with white rice and calling it Biryani and it is so cold, I thought it’s ice cream. They could do lot better to justify their restaurant’s name. Never gonna order food from here again. Oh and eating paneer felt like I’m eating RasMalai, so wet. Would’ve given an extra star if they gave me this if I order a RasMalai.

This doesn’t deserve not even a single star. I have ordered a “family pack boneless chicken biryani” and this is the quantity i got and I was charged 38$ for that. This will not be served to atleast 2 people and it was labeled as family. No response from the management when I called regarding this.

The service was super slow. Goat biryani was cold and didn’t taste good. Paneer biryani was fine. No water and no server to check on. Our mouths were burning with the spicy biryani and there was no water. My husband and I used to go to bawarchi biryani in Richardson and we have been a fan of their biryani. We thought every location would be the same but this location stands no where close to the Richardson one both service wise and food wise.

I don’t who gives them 5 star reviews it’s either who have bad taste or their own family and friend hyping them up. Honestly I used to go there only I used to be very hungry and I only use to eat fried rice because their biryani is like some wet rice soaked in water and fish fry is bad and moreover when I went there today 7/16/23 at 9.30 and the girl in counter said sorry we are closed when restaurant is supposed to be open till 10 pm really bad customer service today they really made me realize this restaurant doesn’t deserve my business I will rather go restaurants near by. And if anyone reading this please save your money and go elsewhere and thank me later.
