I have eaten here with my wife twice. Twice we have been incredibly impressed. The food ranges from good to spectacular. They tend to rotate the menu around periodically, so some of our faves weren’t on the menu this time. They have a pork infused with spinach and ( I think) gorgonzola cheese in a grape sauce which was one of the best meals I have had in years. The service, unlike other restaurants was pretty fantastic. Our waiter was Eduardo ( Eddie) Cant say enough good things about him. We had at least 5 different people bending over to make us feel good. even the “bus boy”( man) was all smiles and extremely polite. I personally cant wait to go back. This is coming from a guy who thinks almost every restaurant in CT sucks.

Had dinner here tonight with my hubby. Great ambience. Our waiter Jeffrey was very friendly and took care of us. The food was excellent. The muscles were delicious and the tomahawk steak for 2 was made perfect to our liking. Will definitely be going back.

Ambience was romantic, the wild caught halibut was delicious and the flavors came together well, but the plantain wasn’t prominent. The gnocchi was the best we’ve had great flavor!

Super delicious food! Quality was definitely there. Was hoping for a bit more in terms of portion size but that’s the only critique. Service was really great and accommodating to food allergies.

I recently visited the restaurant while in Connecticut for the weekend coming from NYC. The restaurant seemed a little small at first, but it’s a very cozy romantic spot. I started with a cheese board, I didn’t get the names of the cheese that was featured, however; all the cheese matched the accompany jams/honey/ marmalades very well. I then shared house made potato gnocchi with shitake mushrooms and truffle oil, this dish was so rich and creamy. My entree was a saffron lobster rissoto, to my surprise there was tons of lobster that was poached just until tender! For dessert we shared a gelato tasing which was served in mini ice cream cones, this was a cute presentation. The food portions were just right, everything I ate paired well together and were flavored perfectly.

Delicious food, very creative menu options especially in the tapas! Loved the stuffed calimari. Great beet salad and chicken with pasta and cherry tomatoes. Lovely outdoor dining! Good wine by the glass but could use more choices as I could never drink an entire bottle. Highly recommended!

Home of the saddest most overpriced Caesar salad in New England. Two dry romaine lettuce leaves sparsely chopped dueling with 3 whole croutons $18 + paper thin micro Chicken breast adds $14 totaling a whopping $32!. Not sure where the good reviews came from.

Had dinner there last night. Staff are great, and they are not all about turning tables, they want you to enjoy, take your time and experience the entire restaurant. The short rib was outstanding, evidence in the photo. My wife had the sea bass special which was also lovely. Just a great place. One minor niggle, just one bathroom…so time your trip to the loo carefully.

My boyfriend and I were visiting CT and came here for dinner. The pictures online looked nice, but the atmosphere in person was actually better than we expected. It’s definitely lively, which we enjoyed (if you prefer a quiet dinner, might not be for you). It definitely quieted down significantly around 8/8:30 though. We shared the octopus tapas, tuna coca, and the the Paella for 2 which was delicious- plus a bottle of wine, which was also delicious ;). It was also pretty reasonably priced for a nice date night out.
