Basquets is Lyon County’s first Basque – American style deli located in Silversprings NV right off of highway 95. The restaurant will be offering traditional Basque and American style cuisine. Selections will include house made chorizo, American and local lamb, pork lomo and solomo, steaks, chicken and desserts. Basque style soups and sides will be offered daily. This place is incredible!! The food is outstanding!!! I want to try EVERYTHING on the menu lol I appreciate the creative menu, the very tempting daily specials suck me in every day the chef cooks up a 1 time only something special and omg I usually can’t pass it up it might seem odd to point out the soup because soup is hardly the hero of a dish but WOW!!! Each and every time I try a different soup it is absolutely amazing!! Prices are very reasonable and the whole staff is so wonderful and inviting!! By far my favorite place to eat!!

I had been driving by every day for a couple of weeks before I mentioned it to the girlfriend. We looked at reviews and photos and decided to give it a shot. It was some of the best food we’ve had. The meatball sandwich was absolutely delicious. I had never had a meatball with gravy. the lamb burger was cooked to perfection with great flavor, and the daily special was a crabcake sandwich that was made to look exactly like a crabby patty which, the kid definitely appreciated. The service was excellent. Our server was very friendly and took great care of us. We planned our next trip while still in the restaurant, eating our food.

After hours of playing hide and seek with wild horses (got some great photos), this little place in the sagebrush was a welcome surprise. Comfy, low-key, child-friendly plus the great food — including authentic Basque sausages–is made in-house. Super friendly service. Can’t wait to taste the chocolate cake I brought home to extend the fun day.

Friendly & nice overall presentation but they seem to misunderstand their customer base. How many lamb connoisseur’s reasonably exist in silver springs? If you also don’t like chorizo, you’ve ruled out most of their menu. I tried the all American burger and it lacked any flavor. Lastly, prices would be fine in Reno, but this is a low income community.

Food was good. Come hungry the servings seem large which is great. Served with a smile. Definatly could tell they tried to make the place look good. Been many bad resturants in this place over the years I can imagine what a job it was. Hope these guys make it. I will say lots of area residents will cry at the prices but you get what you pay for so maybe it will keep a nicer place and keep the riff raff out.
