I decided to try it for the first time tonight which is a Tuesday. What a great experience first of all when I got there the parking lot was full and it was not very big. There’s plenty of parking on the street up and down so we entered and it’s a very small place with maybe 10 tables inside and probably another 15 outside. I told the man at the counter that it was our first time and he said to sit wherever we like inside or outside we chose a seat inside. The waitress came and gave us some menus and showed the specials. Every Tuesday and Friday is all you can eat blue crab and they are open until 9:00 p.m. The last call for blue crabs is at 8:30. All of the other days they are open till 7:00. I ordered the snow crab special and it came with two sides and my wife and son ordered the all-you-can-eat medium blue crabs. Everything was delicious The seasoning was perfect. Just be aware that it takes about 15 to 25 minutes to get your order initially because they have steamers instead of a big pot boiling The steamers take 15 minutes each to cook the crab. The wait is worth it!!! Everything is reasonably priced for the quality!

I have been a VIP customer for MANY years… shipping to Ohio Florida and Oregon… Today I tried to place a phone order… similar to orders in the past… the Young lady told me I could no longer add an extra pound of crab legs to the 3 pound order listed…when I Ask why… since I had done so in the past… she insisted I was mistaken (sounds better than to say I lied)… I have added extra legs MANY times… NEVER was it a problem!!! However by adding an extra pound to this order… it would have made my order over $100.00. If Your order is less than $100.00 they add a ten dollar packing fee… which I wasn’t aware of until today!!! What a TERRIBLE COMPANY to do business with!!! I don’t know what has happened to change this place sooo drastically… But I will not be renewing my VIP card… or giving them anymore of my money!!! Once I told her to cancel my order… she said she could have her manager take my call… and place my order… TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!! I was a Happy Customer for 15× years… Never Again!!!

PRAISE: First time here, we came for AYCE steamed crabs in August 2023. Fat (heavy) and sweet crabmeat. Great service; our waiter took great care of us and kept the crabs and sodas coming. We will return!

The food is good. Service is fast AND friendly. First visit meet Sarah, our waitress helpful, informative, excellent at her job. Partner had the fried clam basket. I had the Fried Shrimp basket we shared an order of conch fritters. All of it was smooth good. Second visit partner had his class again that’s how much he enjoyed them, and I had the grouper and Mahi Mahi basket, and again we shared conch fritters. Yeah they too were that good. Not to spicy, plenty of conch and enough to satisfy the both of us. The fish basket was excellent fried to done not fried hard just crisp. If we are in the area we will go again. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is a little tight but maneuverable. The fish market is reasonable priced.

We stopped in today for lunch and I’m SO GLAD that we did. We had a grilled shrimp appetizer, steamed shrimp, grouper sandwich, and Florida fish basket. Everything was delicious. 10/10 recommend!

Let’s be clear the atmosphere is exactly what a direct off the dock (literally) fish house is supposed to be. So wear your t-shirt and flip flops and enjoy. Go pick out something from the live crabs tubs if youre up for that or order the best snapper sandwich in town. Yes hush puppies are served here, no there won’t be any “micro greens” on your plate, but you’ll come one time and will be “hooked”.

I hate to give 3 stars and a mostly negative review but you get what you earn. Met the owner before seems like a good guy. Love the blue crabs there. However, arrived there today at 7:43pm on 3/25/23 a Saturday evening. There was a two person band actively playing outside and people eating. Walked inside and stood there. Nobody acknowledged us. Female waitress walked by us like we weren’t even there. The second time she walked by I said “do we just sit wherever or…..” she says “we are closed” I repeated what she said and she says “yeah we are closed she turned off the sign” have no idea what sign, there’s a band actively playing outside. She appeared completely annoyed with us. She says let me go check. She went in the back for a second and then came back out and says yup we are closed. No I am sorry, no nothing. Just we are closed and walked away rudely. A million different ways to handle that situation better. It’s really a shame that some employees cost the owner’s business. Google says they are open until 9pm on Saturdays and those hours were updated 5 days ago. Probably won’t go back. When you spend $100 or more plus tip, people have to be more friendly and provide some good customer service. Unfortunately many servers are getting the attitude that they are doing us a favor by seating and serving us and appear annoyed. What a shame. I really liked the owner and wanted to support his business, but probably won’t go back again.
