I went for the lunch special of $13.99. I notice the bill came out to like almost $18. I asked the waitress were was the $1.99 of gratuity coming from. I was doing a pick up. I was told (the system is programmed like that for all take out). In my mind i am thinking what a response. If the system is programmed by the owner to still from all customers, seems to be a normal thing. I also brought this up. If i decide to eat here, i do not have to pay any tip since is being charged already. I was told that is separate 18%. Prices of food are high, and on top of that u get charged $1.99 on a pick up. Honestly i am Ecuadorian and is disappointing what is going on. I agree with the other comments about waitresses no having customer’s skills. The place looks kind of dead on weekday or a few times i have gone. If stealing $1.99 from customer’s picking up seems to be normal, count me out. I will not buy any more food from this place. Very dissapointing.

BEWARE!! Extremely disappointed. Pork sausage soup is a typical Ecuadorian delicacy. It is supposed to have sausage cut in pieces that are normally larger than the soup spoon in size and in several amounts (pieces). Each plate contained no more than 3 sausages in size of cocktail sausages, the pictures show, how small they were. At first, we didn’t realize there where any sausages, despite the several pieces of other ingredients, when I asked the waiter about the lack of sausages while moving the spoon in the soup, these very small size items became visible to which the waiter pointed out to be the sausages. I asked if he was mocking me, he replied he was very serious. I insisted it had to be a joke, because that (holding the cocktail size piece of sausage) could not be the sausage and if it was, why was there only 2 or 3? Instead there were platain sausages and platain pieces overflowing the plate.His reply was “that’s how it comes!”

We loved the food! We went with my mother-in-law and her sister, who are great cooks. We all loved what we ordered; we thought it was very authentic!!! We were skeptical at the beginning due to the mixed reviews. But we are definitely coming back and will recommend to the rest of the family and friends!

Went there for the first time, the food is not good enough for the price. The server seemed like she had an attitude, when she gave us the bill they already put 18% tip without asking us first, and on the last receipt they ask for more tip, again the service the waitress give us was rushed and a little bit rude. Definitely Not coming back.
