I ordered the Barrio Bowl, which is advertised as containing brown rice, black beans, guacamole, pico de callo, cotija cheese, tortilla chips, and your choice of protein. He asked “are you okay with the dairy?” I wanted the cheese on it so I said yes. Back at my table I waited for my buzzer to go off but it never did. After 25 minutes I went to check on my food. Turns out it had been ready for quite awhile and they never triggered my buzzer. They retrieved it from the back counter and handed it to me. I was dismayed to see some kind of white goop drizzled on the bowl, that I assumed to be sour cream. Is that what he meant by the dairy question? That is not how you ask a customer “do you want to add sour cream to this bowl that does not otherwise come with sour cream?”

Went to grab lunch with my partner and I ordered a carnitas burrito while she got the birria nachos no beans. The person taking our order was incredibly rude to begin with, being very impatient and not being nice at all. When we got our food and began eating it, my partner noticed her protein selection wasn’t what we ordered, so I went to tell the staff about it and asked if we could get a side of birria, but the worker offered to remake it without any apology, and he also slammed the food cart window on me. Once they remade the order with the correct protein, my partner noticed there was beans in the order, she went up and kindly let them know they didn’t get the order right again. The worker who was working today 9/23, snarkly told my partner to not do this again and slammed the window on her as well. This ruined our day and left a nasty imprint on us with this business. Will not be returning ever again.

My wife and I are vegetarian and made them aware when ordering. When picking up the order my wife confirmed that the items in the window were ours. This is the first time I have eaten pork in over 10 years. Their system for ensuring you get the correct order needs some work. We will not be dining there again. When told of the mistake they made the correct burrito but offered nothing more than an apology.

I love their nachos and was excited to have them again, but the workers at this location were really rude. I’ve never been treated so badly. They slammed the food cart’s window and offered no apology when we kindly let them know they had messed up my order twice. I had already felt awful for having to ask the first time. The 2nd time the same worker told me “this better be the last time” in a rude tone and I left shaking after that.

Good chips and guacamole. ALERT if you are a picky eater (like me) this isn’t the place. I love chicken tacos and bowls and that’s why I came but the only chicken they have is chipotle so I end up eating guacamole and chips.
