Go for the burgers, stay for the atmosphere. Didn’t expect so many people at 2 :15 pm on a Monday. Very pleasant place, excellent bartender. My cousin was pleased with her Bloody Mary and we loved our burgers. Generous chip selection & surprised they had a diet decaf cola. Will go again next time I’m in town.

Baron Brook’s can give you a real dive bar experience. The drinks are a decent price and the food is greasy but pretty good overall. The bartender was delightful. Everyone was in a good mood. The place could be cleaner but as I said it’s a dive bar so I didn’t have the highest of expectations.

We were downtown in Spring Green looking for dinner. The Shed and Last Leaf Public House were closed (staffing issues). Homecoming had a long line out the door so we stepped into a very crowded Baron Brook’s. We sat outside and had chicken sandwiches and burgers which were very good (only $6.50!). Our friends had theatre tickets, so we stayed at the bar and watched college football. The crowd had died down. Had an enjoyable night talking to the locals. The bartender, Elisa, was busy but attentive and friendly. We’d go back for a laid-back, fun evening.
