This little sandwich shop was delightful in every way! We drove over from Lake Placid to have a quick bite here, and were glad we did. The owner is friendly, funny and personable. We both got turkey sandwiches with fresh bread from the farmer’s market that morning. It’s probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Would definitely make the drive again.

Matt, the owner is a HOOT…meaning, great personality. The guitars in the window caught my attention….ended up buying one at a fair price. We did not eat there but we hear the food is quite good.

Real deli style sandwiches with generous amounts of deli meat! Tried their salmon sandwich too, was delicious. Great local place in downtown Saranac Lake!

Three bites into my sandwich and I’m stopping to write a review because this place is it. The food is spectacular and the ambiance is sort of what I wish every dining experience could be like. Owner is a flurry of funny, gracious and hard working. He creates a casual and familiar atmosphere whilst hustling take out orders and running the pantry station. The sandwiches are delicious, creative and full of flavor. I cannot recommend this place more and am trying to figure out how to get back in the few days we have left here…

Absolutely delicious. I may have cried a little. Fresh bread, flipping bacon jam fresh meat, wiseass behind the counter if you deserve it and polite when you need it. Go get a turkey sandwich.

The sandwiches are great, and the menu was succinct yet there was a nice selection of delicious and fresh sandwiches. We had the turkey sandwich with the bacon jam-it was the ideal size, and you could tell the turkey and ingredients were fresh. It’s also nice that they have a decent selection of local beer to enjoy with your sandwich. It was a great spot to grab a casual & good quality bite to eat and we’re glad we visited.
