Very cute location and my iced latte is terrific, a true coffee shop. The only reason for 4 starts is a slow wait with grumpy service, which was unfortunate. But still, a terrific drink!!

Visited right at opening- one of the few coffee shops I could find open at that point in the morning. The barista was incredibly friendly and communicative despite it being still dark out (I have been in her shoes, it’s hard to have that energy). The breakfast burrito was amazing; if I wasn’t already on the interstate I would have bought another one. The Mexican mocha was very rich but tasted wonderful. I will always order a spicy/Spanish/Mexican mocha if it’s on the menu, and they often are either too spicy or hardly spicy at all. This drink was perfect, and the experience at the coffee shop beat out every other coffee stop I made on my trip (including bigger cities such as Lincoln and Denver).

Oh gosh I love this place! Why would you go to any corporate coffee place when this is in town? The vibe is adorable, I love the chess table, and all of the employees are incredibly kind and fun to talk to. They all seem happy to work at such an awesome place. Plus, the latte I got was a 10/10. Will definitely stop by here every time I come through Kearney in the future.

I loved this little coffee shop! I was in Kearney for a conference. When I am traveling I usually find a locally owned coffee shop to try out…Barista’s Daily Grind did not disappoint!!! Everything was on point…the service, the coffee, the muffin, and the atmosphere!

After taking one bite of their Parmesan pesto bagel with savory cream cheese, I fell in love. This bagel and cream cheese is the best I’ve ever had. Their coffee was also delicious (had a latte and came back later for a frappe). I also tried their coffee cake and loved it! Overall, I feel like this place is a hidden gem. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a convenient double drive through!!

I was visiting from out of state and I like to drink local when it comes to coffee. I did a quick search and saw this place had lots of good reviews so I decided to check it out. It was around 9 in the morning or so on Wednesday and the place was hopping! Both drive up windows had cars lined up and luckily found a place to park and went in. Staff was abuzz with activity but that did not keep them from being friendly and quick to serve. Drinks were very tasty and priced in line with most other coffee joints. Highly recommend if you’re in kearney, drink your Java here!

I get the Creamsicle every time I visit Barista’s. It is my absolute favorite drink and is a hundred times better than a McDonald’s malt or shake! It’s so smooth and you have many flavors to choose from! The atmosphere here is extremely welcoming, there is a chess board to relax and play with a friend at, and there is a relaxing sofa to sit on. Very laid back and relaxing. Highly recommend for a coffee stop at any time of day!
