Tried Bariola’s based on recommendation. The pizza’s were not that great. The crust tastes like a stale saltine cracker that got wet and then dried out.. if I had to guess they use low quality frozen crusts. The clue they don’t make fresh dough is that they don’t have calzones or Stromboli on the menu

Order was to be delivered by 6:00. Dasher waited over 45 minutes to pickup, delivered it almost an hour late and then it arrives burnt. Never again. This is the 2nd time they have screwed me out of $70 for 2 medium pizzas.

Prices up, service down. It had been years. Saturday night at 8:15 (closes at 10:00). Many open tables but made to wait to be seated. Restaurant ice cold. Asked them to turn fans off. Response: “no one knows how.” Ordered. Got food 45-50 min later with maybe two other customers in the dining part of the restaurant. Pizza was late and lukewarm. Appetizer arrived at the same time as pizza but the appetizer was actually hot.

After many attempts to allow this outfit to reconcile their ineptitude, I’ve come to this platform to share this story. Today, my small pizza took 30 minutes to make, and there was No One else in the place eating. There weren’t tons of Togo orders clogging the operation with interference. I had to get my order boxed and converted to a carry out. I wrote “No Way” on the tip line. Certainly not necessary, but my frustration was outside its boundaries. The hostess came outside and yelled at me across the parking lot because of my comment. I asked her what her problem was and she continued to rant about what I wrote. I informed her that this service is consistent with EVERY visit. She then told me “Well, then don’t come back”! The owners simply don’t care if there’s any measurable satisfaction from the customer or their employees. Sad…it shouldn’t be this way

A small group of people in our office order mini pizza’s on 7/27/23 they where so good. We then had a Birthday Order on 8/1/23 (pizza’s where order the same way (well done) both times. The first order was amazing on 7/27/23. Then the 2nd Order on 8/1/23 was a very large order (for all office staff) it was horrible, all FOUR-Large Pizza’s where burnt, dry & not worth the money we spent. We will not be re-turning.
