We absolutely love Barcelona Tapas! Service is amazing and so is the chef, Javier! My favorite is definitely the garlic shrimp and the paella. The dessert was to die for as well! We ordered a ton of tapas for the table and it was honestly a wonderful experience. I have to recommend this place to any foodie in the city!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. service made me feel so at home. Every single dish you could tell was made from scratch and with love. Every single bite was fantastic. I felt like I was at home in my dads kitchen as a young child once again. I love love love this place and will absolutely be returning!!!! The lamb was the best I’ve ever had. The Serrano Ham was fantastic. So pleased I found this place. Get yourself a pitcher of sangria as well!

Wonderful restaurant! The service was great. The chef came out multiple times to check with us on about our food. He taught us the best way to eat some of the tapas. The food was amazing, some of the best I have ever had! Definitely a winner. Note: The restaurant Excepts cash only, so make sure you are prepared.

I’ve been all over Spain. I’ve lived in Miami most of my life. This is by far the best Spanish food I’ve ever had. Chef Xavier treats you like family. Just sit back, order lots of tapas, let the food comes as it does with a glass of sangria

Phenomenal tapas and entrees. Lorenzo recommended a fantastic wine and took great care of us. Atmosphere was divine. An experience to remember.

Extraordinary, essentially private experience. My very hard to please step dad was ecstatic “5 out of 5!”. We tried a wide variety of things from the menu and there wasn’t a single dish that was less than extraordinary.

Definitely not recommendable. Very bad experience. My husband felt very bad with the stomach the entire night after eating here. This is not real Spanish food. Food of very poor quality and cooked in a bad way. Chorizo al diablo was tiny fried thin slices of cheap chorizo. The squid dish was half the plate and was burnt. The tomato bread with chorizo dish was some cherry tomato with whole raw garlic without any seasoning and four pieces of bread that were hollow and some slices of cheap chorizo. Disappointing service from the beginning. The waitress was not friendly and she was very lost. We had to tell her four times that we wanted water without ice, and then she got it wrong. Ridiculous experience and a shame, as a person from Spain that I am. If you want to try real Spanish food go somewhere else.

So good! I believe it’s the best tapas in New Orleans. Prices are right for the quality and quantity. The lamb, squid, iberico, chorizo, and mushrooms are excellent. Been to Barcelona a couple times, this is better than many places I’ve been there. Definitely going back
