I would like to take a moment to highlight the phenomenal service and food I experienced today at this location. I came in around 4:00-4:30 and was greeted by friendly smiles from two employees who were more than willing to go the extra mile to make this such a fantastic visit. Hudson took and made my order. He made the absolute best burrito bowl I have ever had in my entire life! The absolute precision and attention-to-detail was something you can only dream of when looking for an employee.

My girlfriend and I had a late lunch here. We were serviced by an outstanding young man by the name of Hudson. He greeted us as soon as we walked in. Hudson was patient with us both being that my girlfriend and I are nutrition hippies and helped us put together the best dang burrito and chicken quesadilla my girlfriend and I have ever had. It was so good that we smiled the entire way home talking about the food non stop. And Hudson being a respectful and polite person was icing on the cake. I can brag on him all day. This young man has a bright future ahead of him and should be celebrated. I wish you the best bro!

I bought a steak Nachos and almost every other bit of it was grissle, not even something id feed my dog. I requested the situation to be rectified but the guy didn’t even offer to give me a discount after I tipped him 5 bucks at counter but said instead that they cook it the same way everyday. I will never return. Gas prices are to high to spend hard earned money on food that is garbage

Been here more times I can count during the week and always great. I was skeptical to go in today because it was a typical busy Saturday in Auburn but the 2 guys working handled it well and everything was great as always!

The Heavy D burrito was my favorite! However, since new management maybe, service isn’t the same. I only got one scoop of meat, usually you get 2 scoops of that and everything else. It was very weird and they assured that they were doing the normal… but it wasn’t.. not sure I’ll be back.

First time here with the family and food was amazing even after a drive home to dig in. Call me crazy but most definitely better than Chipotle! ♂️ sorry but yeah!

Fresh food and friendly staff. Loved the variety of toppings. Everyone had a smile. My daughter spilled her drink all over and the manager was so helpful and sweet, offered to fix any food that got wet, got us another table, all with a smile. I got a steak taco loaded with avocado, mushrooms, lettuce, jalapenos, tomatoes, rice, and queso. So good!

I was hesitant, as the restaurant located here prior to Barberitos was less than standard. But, I was pleasantly surprised. The chips and queso were sooooooo good, and I don’t usually like the thinner style chips. And despite the strange tray they serve the bowls in (reminiscent of a hotdog container) the food tasted pretty good. I wish there was an option for brown or white rice but despite that, I’d go again and I’d recommend.

Went to Barberitos for supper tonight. The food prep line was dirty. Ordered the special green Chile burrito and the carnita steak scoped into it was so old and dry it qualified as jerky. The server in the line didn’t understand that there was a specialty burrito on offer and I had to point at the picture for awhile until he got it. Then took a few more seconds to figure out that a cheese smothered burrito wasn’t going to work in a foil wrapper. The kids working at least were polite, but they didn’t know what they were doing. The salsa bar was dirty and you were out of straws. This was at 6:30PM and there were only two other customers in the store when we arrived. Dinner rush came in right behind me and the prep line at the start of that were nearly empty.
