I ordered in the app. My order confirmation showed the food would be ready by 2:15pm. When I got to the store around 2:10pm the door was locked and there was a sign on the door that says they were closing at 2pm today. I was able to call and get someone to give me my order; however, my order included either extremely old rice or undercooked rice. It was so bad that my food wasn’t edible. I tried to call to discuss the concern and ask for a refund, but of course no one answered by that time.

I just want to say I’ve tried Chipotle and didn’t like it. I’m usually a Moe’s fan and got tired of them so tried Barberitos and this is my new spot. I ordered a spinach burrito with chicken, black beans, rice, and lettuce. (I add queso cheese as I eat it lol) then I got a medium queso cheese with nachos and salsa. Yo THE SALSA IS THE ISH! I am in love, it taste so fresh, omg so good!. The burrito is good as I expected. Queso is the bomb dot com too. Nachos didn’t taste greasy like other restaurants im so thankful for that. I’m sooo haaapppppyyyy with my order. I will deeeeeffinitellyyyy return.

The staff was very pleasant. I was told they were better then Chiplote so I wanted to try it for myself and I was not impressed. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and steak. The 1 scoop of rice didn’t cover the bottom of the bowl. The portions were so little. I walked out of there paying $17 after adding a drink and small size queso, for that amount of money I expected a fairly decent amount of food.
