Love the food at Barberitos! It is always fresh, they grill items to order, and very good. I got the grilled chicken salad in a shell & it was delicious, filling, & serving size very generous. Staff always friendly.

Visited Barberito‘s Thomasville today after not having visited in a year or so. The food and service were all spot on today! Very tasty burrito and the green cilantro salsa is to die for! Wish they would bottle that up and sell it!! The several people who served us were super friendly and efficient. Thank you all and will be back for another visit soon

I use to work here the inside is absolutely disgusting very greasy, not ever thoroughly cleaned because the owner doesn’t like the staff staying any later than 11 to clean. Not to mention there’s almost never any grill cleaner so the grill they’re cooking your food on was probably cleaned with sprite. Also there were always huge roaches when I worked there we would find 2-5 alive by the end of every night, I never saw an exterminator called for the problem so I don’t know if it’s still an issue. But I definitely wouldn’t recommend eating here for health and safety reasons.

Everyone was in the back when i went in for pick up 6-18 around 4:15. Our tofu salad has 3 pieces of tofu on it and my steak burrito i paid for extra meat has no more than one of their tacos. Terrible experience. I don’t know if it’s worth a drive back to ask for a refund or a remake. It cost over 30$ for mostly lettuce and a 5 inch burrito

Customer service sucked. I came in and everyone was standing around staring at me like I was a foreign object. With this being my first time here, I kindly asked if they had a menu and was told “ it’s the big tv in the front when you first walk in” followed by laughs. I didn’t find it funny at all and exited.

I went to grab some food with my boyfriend. Upon arriving there was a big group in the middle of ordering but we still ended up waiting in line for about 10 minutes and there was only one other couple in between us. When I made my order which was a burrito bowl with steak, I tried to point to what I’m assuming was the pico to ask if it was pico, and before I could even finish my sentence he grabs some pico with his hand and drizzled it into my bowl. After that I asked for sliced avocado to which he squeezed it and didn’t even get all of the avocado out. I wouldn’t have thought twice about it if I didn’t see the lady in front of me also ask for avocado and got hers actually sliced. The boy overall seemed like he was not happy to be there and was pretty aggressive with handling the food.

I’m a frequent & loyal customer of this establishment, and have never complained, but I just had The Worst experience ever. I asked for chopped mushrooms as I always do, the gentleman in the middle area heard my request & put the regular mushrooms anyway. When I reiterated I wanted them chopped, he picked up 1 mushrooms broke it, rolled his eyes & asked what else. That was completely disrespectful & unprofessional, especially considering there was only 1 person ahead of me & 1 behind me at the time. Very disappointed customer.
