Maybe update the signage on the FRONT DOOR if hours have changed. Friday – Sat 11am-10pm but apparently not anymore I showed up at 9PM on Friday 8/19 and doors were locked, chairs on tables….pics attached.

Usually I don’t rate things 1 star but the food was horrible. So bad that no one I was with finished their food. This was my first time trying and most certainly my last. 100% would not recommend to anyone. The only item I enjoyed was the sprite, the cookie was decent.

This place has been declining the last several months. Orders are constantly wrong. My son always gets a quesadilla with extra meat. Last time the charge was added by no meat. This time it is charred and inedible. You all should remember Moes and s right up the road and is where we will order from now in. We normally order every week and there is 5 of us and you can never seem to get it right. Not once. This also is reflective of why we no longer tip as we used to. Beyond ridiculous. Save your time and money and go to Moes.

Today when I entered the restaurant no one was behind the food service line. A young lady came from the kitchen sipping on her personal drink and wearing gloves. I assumed after greeting me she would dispose of the current gloves she was wearing, wash her hands and put on a fresh pair of gloves. She did not so I decided to leave and go elsewhere. Management needs to make sure their employees are practicing basic hand washing skills regularly. They should at the minimum wear clean gloves after handling personal items or coming from the back before making food for customers. This is especially important at this type of establishment because they handle food with gloved hands mostly and without the use of utensils.

We’ve been going to Barberitos for several years. This is the closest location since the one in Loganville closed. The food is always excellent- even though we always get the same thing

Not open during posted hours. Went on June 18th. Supposed to be open until 9pm. Closed (and had been closed for a while, because no one was even there cleaning) at 8pm.

The food was decent. The facility was filthy. The staff seemed like they weren’t fully trained. The food flavor brought my review up to a 3. I will not be returning to this location but would consider trying a different location.

Food was awful. If I had ever eaten dog food, I can’t imagine it would taste much different than the steak at Barberito’s. Yuck!

Ahhh my college memories of Barbaritos quickly fluttered back in my mind… And my tummy! This place is a classic and a solid stand by. If you ever want a burrito or quesadilla come here to sit down or take home.

First I have been a customer of theirs since they were in Winder (before they moved), and a very loyal to them (they have always been good to me and my family). I do not want to blame it on covid, but since the pendamic this place has gone down hill and fast. The change in management (or the lack of management), to nothing but mindless kids that don’t care and really don’t want to be there has taken a toll on this business. The food has been subpar and getting worse. I ordered on the app a large and medium cheese dip (medium with jalapeños), I received 2 regular cheese dips that were very poorly wrapped up with lids not on properly so it leaked out. I had to ask for more chips because they gave me a bag of chips that wasn’t even a quarter full for 2 sides of cheese dips. Then I had ordered a new product on the app for dessert and they never said anything to me that they didn’t have it until looked through my order and I asked about it. The cashier started to play dumb and asking everyone else there about it , till she asked a young lady that was making the burritos (she said we don’t have them), but they are on the barberito’s app active taking money for them but not in the store to sell. They said we can replace it with a cookie and I said no and wanted it refunded to the cashier. The cashier had to go down to the lady making the food and replace her so she could come tell me that since I ordered on the app some 3rd party app would have to refunded me my money, that I said I didn’t order from a 3rd party I ordered from your app and I needed a refund. Then she gave me the owners name and number and said I can’t do any refunds that he would have to, just poor customer service and experience. I can see why they are going down hill with service like that. I am manager of franchise pizza restaurant and know that your menu and pricing are in your control on 3rd party vendor app (DD,UE,GH,PM), so if you don’t have something you can turn it off so your customers don’t see it. Tell your customers that you can’t do a refund for something that your company listed and you paid that is not for sale or don’t have is theft no matter what price it was. Just a sad experience for me
