They always get our order wrong. I don’t know what they have against me but they never give me my shredded cheese, and I who wants a burrito/bowl without any cheese…. Other locations are way better, but this one is the closest to our house. Last time we went we debated even ordering here because of previous experiences, and should have listened to our own advice because it was not good. It was like nothing was seasoned, the chicken the rice, and they forgot my cheese… again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered through DoorDash and had a simple order. Spicy chicken, shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños and rice. Also ordered cheese dip. My burrito bowl was mostly all rice and hardly ANY MEAT at all. They also forgot my cheese dip. So I had rice and chips for lunch. Ridiculous. Other locations give you actual meat. Never ordering from here again.

Walked in and no one was in line. Stood at counter to order for 5 minutes and not one employee even acknowledged us. One guy was making an order, a girl was just filling salsa containers behind him, and another guy was standing at the grille who just looked at us. Not a problem I’ll take my money elsewhere and not return to this location. If this is how your employees treat customers be prepared to get more reviews like this.

I went in at 1:00 in the afternoon. Only one employee in the store. When I first walked in he must have been in the back. After waiting between 3 and 4 minutes the service and food was good. Sad to see this happening.

We asked if the kids quesadilla was still $1.99 on Sunday’s and they said yes, then proceeded to charge us $10.99 for it. We said we don’t want it and the cashier was unkind and said he had to “follow rules” even after we were told it would only cost $1.99. This location used to be great, but after their prices went up by $2 and they got a totally new staff, it has gone downhill quickly. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

We often eat at other Barberitos locations and have had good food and service. Today we had lunch at the Hwy 68 location. We arrived at 1PM. After getting our food we had to ask someone to clean up a table for us. None were cleaned. it wasn’t crowded and when we arrived we were the only customers there.
