Delicious pizza! Finally found a good wood fired pizza option here in Texas! Sadly we live an hour away but every time we come through Hico, we will definitely be stopping by! The quality ingredients are noticeable and the flavor was perfect! We loved the crust and their delicious ranch! Pricing was spot on for the obviously higher quality pizza. Really cool atmosphere and very clean! Friendly staff and overall we loved it! We’ll be back!

My 91-year-old dad reports that the roasted garlic and mushroom pizza is the best pizza he’s ever had. I don’t know that I’ll go that far, but it is an exceptional meal. We started with the garlic bread (so, so garlicky!) and then got the pizza and a side of fries because I was told they were fantastic, and that was 100 percent accurate. They have a delightful seasoning blend that includes sugar. I’ve never had that before, and now I don’t know how I’ll go back.

Very clean and wonderfully staffed. It was great getting to watch the chef prepare our food and it go into the wood burning stove. Great customer service. We enjoyed pizza, mozzarella sticks and fresh cut fries. All tasted amazing. Glad to be local! Will be back.

Wow. Some of the best pizza I have had in years. Stone oven and love. Everything was solid, wings, Ceasar salad, fries. Super clean restaurant. Nice staff. We live a couple hours away but are talking about future road trip dates. You need to stop. Small town Hico has a must stop yall.

We loved it all! The meatballs were so fresh and hit the spot. Loved my side salad with creamy lemon vinaigrette dressing, so refreshing. We ordered the Bee Sting pizza and it was phenomenal. The burrata cheese, Italian sausage, cherry tomatoes and the Mike’s hot honey were . Staff was super welcoming and friendly. Look forward to returning to try out a sandwich and more pizzas! Yummm!

Good bread, fresh ingredients, however the result was disappointing. Started my first visit with their Philly sandwich. Bread was more on the charred side- which wasn’t a problem for me as I like darker toasted bread, however when I tried eating the sandwich the beef slices slipped all over and caused most of the ingredients to slide out. Poor cohesion.
