Gorgeous little restaurant hidden away from the highway. Beautiful outdoor patio right on the water in the harbour. Food made from scratch and cooked well. Crab cake sandwich was large and plenty of perfectly cooked fries. Definitely a must-try and a future return for us!

What a find! We were driving from Texas to the St Lawrence River and stopped her for lunch. First – we sat outside on the back patio. The weather was beautiful. Our waiter, Jess, suggested the fish tacos and cucumber and tomato salad. Both were delicious. Probably the best fish tacos I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend!!

They were super busy but Jessalyn was on her game for sure. Great personality as well as an absolute cutie. My wife, her best friend and my daughter were all so impressed. We even had a special order on one of the meals and she got everything correct. What an all-star waitress, and hostess, because that is where we stole her from, she was the hostess, but waited on us while taking care of the thousands of people waiting for tables. We really couldn’t have had a better person to wait on us, smiling, joking, informative, funny and just all around lovable. What a joy it was having dinner at Barado’s Last Saturday 5/3/23. Thank you Jessalyn. Oh, and the food was terrific!

Very nice place to have dinner. Husband and I shared crab cakes for appetizer, delicious.Husband had fish tacos w/ sweet potato fries, said they were very good. I had steak, mashed potatoes and asparagus, so delicious. Shared key lime pie, very good. Our waitress, Amanda, was very nice and attentive to all our dinner needs.

Right on the water! plenty of seating! Friendly, thoughtful staff! Food was AMAZING! I got the butter crumb haddock from the specials menu and it was incredible! Bathroom situation is a little iffy if you’re not used to park style restrooms.
