Reviews say get the burger. Got the burger. Great burger! Our other food was amazing as well. Not disappointed to find this place so close to DPAC for dinner before the show. Only draft beers are crafts and cocktails were perfect. Nice vibe in this place. Thanks to all the folks here for making our night memorable!

Stopped in for a bite to eat and a drink before a show at DPAC. We opted to get a few small dishes — did the mushrooms, roasted beets and brussel sprouts. 10/10 recommend all of them. The Beets were particularly delicious.

I had been excited to try this place for awhile but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. I ordered the Roman Holiday cocktail and with every sip I got nothing but basil leaves and pulp in my mouth. I’ve never understood why people like cocktails like that. I ordered the mac and cheese, brussels sprouts, and salmon. At the end I asked for a box to take home my leftovers. Instead, the waitress threw the leftovers from the salmon entree away. When I asked about this, she apologized and gave me $2 off the bill…. To make up for over half an entree she threw away. That was really disappointing because there was a lot of food left over and I was excited to eat it the next day.

Nice quaint place! Our server was great and friendly. I had the oysters and they were amazing! Also had the pesto linguine and deviled eggs. Will go back to try other stuff. They serve a cocktail called the Roman Holiday and it’s delicious. Our entire table enjoyed it.

Although a bit cramped, this is also what makes this place what it is. A good place to visit. Had a decent sized group and all were seated comfortably. Enjoyed local beer Duck-Rabbit Milk Stout which was really good, and the the House Burger which was spectacular and much better than anticipated. Would return for sure.

My FAVORITE restaurant in Durham. Daniel and his staff have created magic. ✨ The most delicious menu. Seasonal offerings and god ole standards like their unbelievable cheeseburger and fries. Always have the best veggie dishes. The cocktails are out of this world. Definitely delightful concoctions and boy they heavy pour… if you get more than two, get an Uber lol. If you sit at the bar, it’s dinner and a show. The bartenders are on point with their skills. My go to restaurant for celebrating or just to have a great meal. Go early, this place gets packed. Just yum

came here based on proximity to dpac + reviews we someplace in advance. didn’t disappoint and the best part was the underground bar, the annex, we didn’t know existed and was the coolest decor i’ve seen since that wonderland place in raleigh

No reservations but good reason. Small place. Food is exceptional and always on point. Drinks fabulous, creative and tasty! There is an Annex restaurant but opens later. Completely different vibe then upstairs with same food. Different bartenders, dance floor, eclectic look and feel downstairs. Upstairs is 50s bar scene, intimate, a little noisy, such good service!
