Pulled up on a Friday and the place was empty…first red flag…second red flag was when the guy said “we smoke the ribs for two hours”…second worst barbecue I’ve ever had…Salty Joe’s still holds the title.

I ordered the pulled pork poboy with fries, this meal was $18. Unfortunately, the pork had no real flavor, and had little bbq sauce added to help. It seemed to me that the lettuce and the roll were not fresh, bread was almost chewy. The fries were good after I finished them in my air fryer.

First time eating here. We ordered the Family Pack with briskett. Food was really good especially the fried pickles & homemade ranch we added to the meal. Also, the portions were great! Definitely be back. Can’t wait to try their burgers!
