If you like vinegar based BBQ this is the place for you. I personally prefer TX style (ketchup based), so I didn’t enjoy the food here. Even the coleslaw was vinegary. The pulled pork was very moist but flavorless, unless you add their thin sauce. Corndodgers (fried ball of cornmeal) were dry in the center. Rice-Hash mixture was greasy. People working were very nice.

Great pulled pork! The buffet had a great selection, however there’s not any brisket. The staff was VERY friendly and welcoming for this was my first visit to Bar-B-Que Hut. The buffet was very reasonably priced and stocked even towards the end of the time.

The staff is why I will give this review 3 stars. They were friendly and asked if everything we okHowever, The food was not Good and I would give it 1 star, I ordered ribs, cole slaw and hush puppies. The ribs was extremely tough and the sauce was terribly Hush puppies was bland and sweet tea was weak. Nevertheless, we won’t be returning.
