The best Vietnamese place you’ll find! The food and drinks are nothing but exceptional. Every dish I’ve tried is outstanding, super fresh and that on a consistent basis. The restaurant is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. You literally don’t want to leave and just keep eating and drinking boba tea. If you’re looking for the best of the best, this is it!

Decent food, the rolls were pretty delicious had sort of a fast food feel, not like usual mom and pop type of restaurants. Also there is a 50 cent charge for eel or spicy mayonnaise which was just odd but her the food was decent

Authentic Vietnamese food and they specialize in Banh Mi and Boba or Bubble teas. Simply amazing. Semi- self-service and very pretty ambiance and super clean. In celebration of the upcoming Lunar New Year, they gave a free and token prize from their gift tree. We loved it all and food was superlative

We stopped here as we were passing through on the way to Miami and the milk tea was actually pretty good! We don’t have decent milk tea anywhere in Tampa so this was a great find for us. My only suggestion would be to trash the planet oat and swap to something better that doesn’t make the milk teas taste watered. It’s a bit of a bummer spending $8 on a drink that tastes watered down due to a junky product. It was made well just needs a better alternative. Chobani extra creamy is a far better product and will elevate your milk tea!

Banh mi & Tea is a wonderful place to visit for a positive experience. Their banh mi sandwiches are delicious, with a perfect balance of savory meat and fresh veggies. The tea selection is also impressive, with many unique and flavorful options to choose from. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal or a cup of tea. Overall, I highly recommend Banh mi & Tea for a positive experience.

This restaurant lives up to the attention it deserves. The food was tasty. However, the MSG was heavy. It’s hard to find a commercial Vietnamese restaurant that doesn’t heavily rely on MSG to bring out the flavor in their products so that’s no surprise there. The beef was definitely top notch though! I had the “Bo Kho” rice noodles with beef soup. The boba tea could have used less sugar as it was saturated enough to leave a small concentration of sugar granulates.

The food was tasty and well presented but quite simple. The prices were okay in relation to the quality of the food. Overall a good experience!

The pho was fantastic! It was filling (couldn’t finish the entire bowl) and it didn’t take too long to come out. They had an extensive menu more than what the name of the restaurant suggests. Will be back to try the Boba tea
